LASUTH ND Orthopedic Cast Technology Admission Form 2025/2026 is Out

 

▪ Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) is accepting applications for its two-year, full-time National Diploma (ND) in Orthopaedic Cast Technology for the 2025/2026 academic session. The program is approved by the National Board for Technical College (NBTE).

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

▪ O' Level Credits: A minimum of five (5) O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, two (2) of the three core science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics), and any other subject.

▪ JAMB UTME Score: A minimum JAMB UTME score of 130.

Application Process

Follow these steps to apply for the program:

▪ Obtain the Form: Get the application form from the Work Planning & Recruitment Unit at the MRC Building, LASUTH, Ikeja.

▪ Submission: Submit the completed application form along with the following documents:

▪ Photocopies of your credentials.

▪ Curriculum Vitae (CV).

▪ Two recent passport photographs on a white background.

▪ Original or printout of your SSCE/NECO result.

▪ JAMB UTME printout and result slip.

▪ Address the Application: Your application should be addressed to:

▪ The Chief Medical Director,

▪ Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH),

▪ 1-5, Oba Akinjobi, Ikeja, Lagos State.

Screening and Interviews

▪ A Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted at LASUTH for screening purposes.

▪ Successful candidates from the CBT will be invited for an oral interview. You will need to bring the original copies of your certificates for sighting at this stage.

Deadline

▪ The deadline for obtaining and submitting the application form is six (6) weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
