OAU Post UTME Form 2026/2027 [UPDATED]

 OAU Post UTME Form: Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Post UTME Form for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is still on sale. The closing date has been extended till Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026. The Cut-off mark is 200.

This is to inform all prospective students of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife that the OAU post utme form for 2026/2027 will be on sale from Tuesday, 16th June and end on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026.

Candidates who made Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife their first choice in the 2026 UTME and scored 200 and above, and those who applied for Direct Entry (DE), are hereby informed that registration for the 2026 OAU Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) screening exercise will commence on Tuesday, 16th June, 2026 and end on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026.

OAU EXTENDS 2026 POST UTME REGISTRATION DEADLINE

This is to inform all 2026 aspirants that the final deadline for registration has been extended to Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026.

The extension was contained in a statement issued by the university management.

REASON FOR THE EXTENSION

According to the university management, the extension is intended to give prospective candidates additional time to complete their registration and adequately prepare for the screening exercise.

The university advised all interested candidates to take advantage of the extension and ensure that they complete their registration before the new deadline.

ADVICE TO PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES

▪ Prospective candidates should complete their Post-UTME registration before Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026.

▪ Candidates are advised not to wait until the final day before completing their registration.

▪ Applicants should ensure that they meet all applicable requirements for the screening exercise.

▪ Candidates should rely on the official OAU Admissions Portal for registration and deadline information.

CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR OAU POST UTME FORM

The following candidates are eligible to apply:

▪ OAU as first choice: Candidates who made the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife their First Choice Institution in the 2026/2027 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible for screening.

▪ Recently Changed to OAU: All candidates that applied for a change of course on the JAMB site can check the changes on the Admission portal and proceed to register for the Post UTME if they have not done so yet.

▪ OAU Pre-degree and JUPEB: Candidates who made the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife their First Choice Institution in the UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible for screening. However, OAU PRE-DEGREE and OAU JUPEB Candidates’ data would be collated by CDL.

OAU ADMISSION SCREENING GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

▪ The minimum entry requirements to the first year is a General Certificate of Education (or equivalent) with Credit passes in at least five subjects chosen from a list approved from time to time by Senate provided that in each case all the five subjects are taken and passed at not more than two sittings.

▪ One of the passes shall be a pass at ‘O’ Level or equivalent in English Language.

▪ Except in the cases of candidate for admission to the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Law, and for the Bachelor of Arts in Education in the Faculty of Education, one of the credit passes shall be a pass at ‘O’ Level or equivalent in Mathematics.

▪ A pass in the General Paper of the Higher School Certificate is regarded as equivalent to a credit pass in English Language at ‘O’ Level.

HOW TO APPLY FOR OAU POST-UTME FORM

Candidates are required to go through the following processes:

Step 1:
Visit https://eportal2.oauife.edu.ng/ug/admissions

Step 2:
Select “Verify your Details”, provide your JAMB Registration Number, email, and phone number. Your surname and first name will appear automatically to enable you proceed with confirmation and payment.

On the same page, proceed to make payment via the specified payment gateway. You may make payment via card, transfer, USSD or physical bank visit.

Once payment has been confirmed, your Login Details will be sent to your provided email address.

If you did not receive your Login Details, please return to:
https://eportal2.oauife.edu.ng/ug/admissions

Click “Confirm Your Payment”, enter your JAMB Registration Number/Email, and validate. Your login credentials will be re-sent to your email.

Step 3:
Go to the landing page https://eportal2.oauife.edu.ng/ug/admissions, click “Login”, enter your JAMB Registration Number as your username and password (the password is not case-sensitive), then click Login.

Step 4:
Once you have successfully logged in, click “My Application”, fill in all required details, and review all supplied information carefully.

Step 5:
Click Submit to complete the application process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

▪ Detailed guidelines in respect of eligibility (for UTME, DE, Foreign and Candidates with Disabilities) are available on the University Admission Portal:

▪ Candidates for the 2026 OAU Post-UTME exercise will be required to present themselves physically at designated locations for the screening exercise.

▪ Applicants that provide false information, or upload incorrect credentials will automatically be disqualified.

▪ Access to screening schedules will be available from Wednesday, 16th September 2026, using the candidate’s JAMB Registration Number as the username and the password created during registration.

▪ Candidates will also be required to participate in the Post-UTME screening exercise on their allotted dates and time from Friday, 25th and Wednesday, 30th September, 2026.

▪ The Post-UTME Screening Fee is Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only, excluding Portal Access Charges.

▪ OAU does not endorse or encourage candidates to patronize Post-UTME or admission agents.
