The management of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has issued a warning to the general public regarding admissions fraudsters.

The university's attention has been drawn to fraudulent activities by individuals falsely claiming to offer admission into the institution, often in exchange for money or other personal favours. As numerous candidates prepare for admission into the university, scammers are attempting to exploit them by circulating fake admission notices, sharing links to cloned websites and social media accounts, making fraudulent calls, and sending deceptive messages.

Prospective candidates and the general public are therefore strongly advised to disregard any claims, offers, or demands for payment promising admission into the university.

Candidates should also note that the university communicates with the public and can be reached only through its official platforms.
