PAAU / KSU Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

Kogi State University, KSU Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session is still on sale. The cut-off mark is 150 and above . 


Prince Abubakar Audu University Anyigba has adopted for online screening for the 2025/2026 admission exercise in order to relieve prospective candidates/admission seekers of the financial burden and security risk associated with traveling for Post-UTME.

LATEST UPDATE: PAAU PostUTME screening registration update 

“I did change of institution on JAMB CAPS to PAAU or change of course but could not register before the closing date of PostUTME screening registration”. 

Good news! PAAU portal is opened for a mop up of candidates who successfully changed on JAMB CAPS before 5th September, 2025 but have not been able to register. Visit the portal on https://eportal.paau.edu.ng/ug/candidate to start or complete your registration. 

Candidates Eligible to Apply

Candidates who applied to PAAU as their First Choice institution in UTME.
▪ Only those with a minimum UTME score of 150 are qualified.
▪ Candidates must have the correct subject combination for their chosen course.
▪ Five (5) O’Level credit passes are required in line with the University’s entry requirements.
▪ Candidates must upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS as it is mandatory for admission.
▪ Awaiting O’Level candidates may apply but must upload results once available.
▪ Direct Entry candidates who selected PAAU as First Choice must also apply. Minimum entry grade for diplomas is Upper Credit
.

Application Procedure

▪ Visit https://eportal.paau.edu.ng/ug/candidate.
▪ Read the instructions carefully, provide the required information, and make payment of ₦2,000 (ATM card, bank transfer, etc. accepted).
▪ Fill in O’Level result details (exam number, date, type, etc.).
▪ Preview and confirm all information before submission.

Screening Exercise

▪ Screening begins immediately after the closure of online registration.
▪ Candidates will print their registration slip, which contains their screening schedule.
▪ Results will be communicated to candidates through the registration portal.
▪ Admission will not be processed without uploading O’Level results on JAMB CAPS.

Important Notes

▪ Candidates must use valid phone numbers and email addresses for registration.
▪ Candidates who do not meet the course requirements are advised to effect change of course on the JAMB portal.
▪ Any admission obtained through irregularities will be withdrawn when discovered.

General Provision

▪ Registration and upload of O’level results for Post-UTME/DE online screening for 2025/2026 academic session begins on Monday August 4th and closes on Friday September 5th, 2025 (reopened for recent changes).

▪ The PostUTME screening fee is N2000 only.

▪ The screening exercise for admission of candidates will be online and shall be administered only on candidates who applied or changed his/her course of study to Prince Abubakar Audu University Anyigba (PAAU) as institution of First Choice.

▪ Only candidates who scored 150 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are qualified for the screening exercise. Minimum UTME Eligibility score for individual programmes is listed below (though not provided in this text, it implies some courses may have higher than 150).

▪ UTME candidates will be screened based on their Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) score (70%) and O’level results (30%) only.

▪ Candidates must have sat for the appropriate Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) subjects for their proposed courses of study (correct subject combination).

▪ Candidates must possess the basic five (5) O’level credit passes in the relevant subjects in accordance with the University’s entry requirements.

▪ It is important that candidates upload their O’level results on JAMB CAPS, as the screening and admission depends on uploading of O’level on JAMB CAPS. This should be promptly done to facilitate admissio1n.

▪ Candidates who are awaiting their O’level results may apply but should so indicate. However, such candidates should immediately upload their O’level results as soon as the results are released.

▪ Direct Entry (DE) candidates generally require a minimum of upper credit (ND, HND and University Diploma), merit (NCE) and recognized first degree certificate to qualify for eligible programmes in the University.

▪ A’level results of Direct Entry (DE) candidates will be subjected to verification on the Integrated PostSecondary Education Data System (NIPEDS) via JAMB’s e-facility handle, as required by JAMB.

▪ Any candidate discovered to have been involved in any form of admission irregularities such as double admission and falsification of results, among others, will be denied admission into the Institution and face the risk of prosecution. Should such candidate be admitted, such admission will be withdrawn whenever such irregularity is brought to the attention of the Institution.

The screening exercise

▪ Candidates are expected to apply online at Application Portal Read the instructions carefully, provide the required information and make payments with ATM debit cards, bank transfers e.t.c. This can be done anywhere.

▪ All such candidates must fill in relevant certificates (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB etc.) stating correct examination number, date, type and scratch card PIN.

▪ Candidates should preview and confirm that all the information entered are correct before submission.

▪ All Direct Entry candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and chose Prince Abubakar Audu University Anyigba (PAAU) as institution of First Choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise. The minimum entry grade is an Upper Credit for Diplomas.

▪ It is mandatory that Candidates upload their O’level results, as no admission will be offered without uploading of O’ level on JAMB CAPS. This should be promptly done to facilitate admission.

▪ The screening exercise will commence immediately after the closure of online registration. Thereafter, results will be communicated to candidates through the registration portal.

▪ Candidates are expected to monitor their status on JAMB CAPS and the university portal.
