UNILAG Direct Entry Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

 UNILAG Direct Entry Admission Screening Form for 2025/2026 Academic Session is now on sale. The closing date is now Wednesday, 8th October, 2025

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced the commencement of online registration for Direct Entry (DE) admission into all undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The registration exercise began on Monday, September 22, 2025 and was initially scheduled to close on Friday, October 3, 2025. The deadline has now been extended to Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Prospective candidates who are yet to complete their registration are strongly advised to take advantage of this extension, as no further grace will be granted.

Registration Procedure

Eligible candidates should log in to the University website www.unilag.edu.ng and follow these steps:

▪ Click on 2025/2026 Direct Entry (DE) Application on the welcome pop-up on the homepage.
▪ Log in with DE Application Number as username and surname in lowercase as password.
▪ Generate and print payment advice.
▪ Proceed to any commercial bank to make payment or pay online.
▪ Return to the University portal to complete the screening form.
▪ Click on Continue Application to complete the screening form.
▪ Upload relevant results (First Degree, HND, OND, JUPEB, Cambridge A’ Level, NCE, NFLV DIP, MUSON DIP, ABRSM, Trinity College London, Baccalaureate, DELF/DALF, O’level).
▪ Click on Preview to verify correctness of supplied data.
▪ Click on Submit.
▪ Print Direct Entry e-registration slip.
▪ Submit the printed Direct Entry e-registration slip and credentials at the Admission Office (1st Floor, Room 174, Senate Building) from Monday, September 22 to Friday, October 3, 2025.

Application Fee: ₦3,500

Eligibility Criteria

▪ Candidates must have made UNILAG their first choice in the 2025/2026 Direct Entry JAMB application.
▪ Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
▪ Candidates below 16 years of age by September 30, 2025, are not eligible to apply.
▪ Personal details (Name, Date of Birth, State of Origin, LGA, etc.) must be consistent across all documents/results.
▪ Candidates who fail to participate in the online registration will not be considered for admission.
▪ Former students whose admissions were withdrawn for poor performance or absence may re-apply, provided the new application is for a different programme.
▪ Expelled students of the University are not eligible for admission.

▪ Candidates are strongly advised to follow all guidelines carefully.
