AKSU Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

 

Online applications are invited from all qualified 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) candidates for admission into various undergraduate programmes at the Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Only UTME candidates who made Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) their first-choice institution and scored 150 and above are eligible to apply for admission into any of the undergraduate programmes as indicated below:

▪ Faculty of Engineering (Agricultural Engineering, Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

▪ Faculty of Management Sciences (Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing)

▪ Faculty of Physical Sciences (Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Geology, Computer Science, Physics)

EXTENSION OF REGISTRATION PERIOD

The University portal for online registration will open from Monday, 1st September, 2025 to Tuesday, 16th September, 2025. Interested candidates are advised to take advantage of this extension period to register before the deadline. Candidates who fail to register within the specified period will not be considered for admission in the Akwa Ibom State University.

▪ 2025 DE Registration Slip (for DE applicants only)
▪ HND, ND, NCE, A-level Certificate (for DE applicants only)
▪ Birth Certificate
▪ Certificate of Origin
▪ AKSU PUTME/DE Registration Confirmation Slip (2025)

Registration Procedure

1. Visit https://www.aksu.edu.ng/app

2. Click on START NOW

3. Click Enrol

4. Select PUTME

5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number

6. Click the arrow to Verify and Continue

7. Make payment of ₦2,000.00 (excluding bank charges) via Debit Card or Transfer

8. Upload scanned copies of all required documents in .jpg format (120KB–150KB)

9. Preview the form to ensure accuracy

10. Click Finish to generate your Registration Confirmation Slip

Important Notes

▪ There is a 4-week deadline to accept offered admissions. Failure to accept will lead to deletion of the admission.
▪ Candidates with awaiting results may apply but must upload results to the JAMB CAPS via an approved CBT Centre.
▪ The university does not authorize any agent or individual to collect payment for admission. Anyone who pays to an individual does so at their own risk.
