Ilaro Poly 1st, 2nd & 3rd Batch Admission List 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 The Federal polytechnic Ilaro ND Full-time Admission List for 2025/2026 academic session is out.

This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the National Diploma programme of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro (ILAROPOLY) for the 2025/2026 academic session that the ND Full-Time Admission List is out. All candidates who applied for the program can now check their admission status.

How to Check Your Admission Status

As of the time of this publication, the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro prospective students can check their admission status from the JAMB Portal and The School's Portal

Checking on the JAMB CAPS Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

▪ Go to the JAMB e-facility portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.

▪ Log in with your JAMB username and password.

▪ Scroll down and click on the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.

▪ Next, click on ‘Admission Status’ or ‘Access my CAPS’.

▪ If you are using a mobile phone, click the three-dotted lines (⋮) in your browser's top-right corner and select ‘Desktop site’.

▪ Click on ‘Admission Status’ again.

After following these steps, you will see one of the following statuses:

▪ ‘CONGRATULATIONS…’: This indicates that you have been offered admission. You must now ‘ACCEPT’ or ‘REJECT’ the offer on JAMB CAPS and follow any further instructions.

▪ ‘Admission in Progress’: Your admission is still being processed. Be patient and check back in a few days or weeks.

▪ ‘NOT ADMITTED’: You have not been admitted at this time. However, your status may still change, so it's important to remain hopeful.

The lists are compeletly available of the school's portal, The Lists has been made available on the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro Admission portal. You are to follow the displayed procedure to check your admission status.

▪ Go to the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro admission portal.

▪ Click on “check admission status”.

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration number.

▪ Click on “search”.

Important Note

If you have been offered admission, you must complete the following requirements:

All candidates offered admission in the 2025/2026 session for full-time National Diploma (ND) programs are to pay an acceptance fee of thirty-eight thousand five hundred Naira (N38,500.00) only.

▪ Accept the admission offer on the JAMB CAPS portal.

▪ Print your JAMB admission letter and your JAMB result slip.

▪ Pay the Federal Poly Ilaro Acceptance Fee of thirty-eight thousand, five hundred Naira (N38,500.00).

Please note that you will not be able to pay the acceptance fee until you have fulfilled all the JAMB requirements.

Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

Getting admitted is only the first step. Once you confirm your name on the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro Admission List (2025/2026 Academic Session), follow these steps carefully:

▪ Pay the required fees:
➢ ₦10,000 Processing Fee
➢ ₦38,500 Acceptance Fee

▪ Prepare and submit the following documents at the Admissions Office:
➢ JAMB Admission Letter
➢ JAMB UTME Result Slip
➢ O’Level Result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
➢ Post-UTME Screening Form Printout

▪ Important:
Ensure you meet all JAMB requirements before making any payment.
If your admission records are incomplete or incorrect, the system will block the payment process until they are rectified.
