LAUTECH Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

Notice is hereby given to all candidates who applied to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso as their first-choice institution in the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry (DE). The admission portal will be open for online registration from Friday, July 25, 2025, to Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

▪️ The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) candidates must have scored a minimum of 170 marks in the 2025/2026 utme to be eligible for screening.

▪️ Candidates must upload o’ level results to jamb central admissions processing system (caps) before august 20, 2025.

▪️ Candidates must be at least 16 years old by september 30, 2025, to be eligible for admission.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

▪️ UTME Candidates: must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant o’ level subjects at not more than two (2) sittings in waec, neco, or nabteb.

▪️ Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: must hold a university degree with a minimum of second class lower, upper credit in nd, rns, nce minimum of merit and lower credit in hnd, or jupeb, with five (5) credit passes in relevant o’ level subjects.

▪️ Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Science applicants: must have five (5) relevant credit passes at one sitting only.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

▪️ Visit the university admission portal: apply.lautech.edu.ng.

▪️ Make a non-refundable registration fee of N2,000.00 and a portal access fee of N3,000.00 using an inter switch-enabled debit card.

▪️ Carefully complete and submit the online application form.

▪️ Upload a clear digital passport photograph with a white background in jpeg format not exceeding 20kb.

▪️ Candidates are expected to review available programmes, o’ level requirements, and utme subject combinations on jamb central admissions processing system (caps) and ladoke akintola university of technology (lautech) portal before applying.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

▪️Candidates awaiting results (waec, neco and nabteb) may apply but must upload their results to JAMB Central admissions processing system (caps) by august 20, 2025.

▪️ Any inconsistency in names, state of origin, or age on documents may result in disqualification.

▪️ Admission is based on 80% utme score and 20% o’level grades.

▪️ Admission offered on JAMB Caps not accepted within 3 weeks of uploading will be forfeited/withdrawn.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES

Direct Entry (DE) candidates must have obtained a Direct Entry form from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and forward their academic transcripts not later than one (1) week before the screening date to:

The Oral and Written Interviews for Direct Entry candidates will be conducted on monday, august 25 and tuesday, august 26, 2025, at The Hall located on Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Campus, Ogbomoso. Failure to appear for the interview will lead to automatic forfeiture of the admission.

Candidates who provide false information will have their admission withdrawn and may be prosecuted. They are also advised to beware of fraudsters, as the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) will not be liable for transactions with unauthorized persons.
