IAUE Admission Clearance Procedure for 2025 Fresh Students

IAUE 2025/2026 Admission Clearance Procedure for UTME and Direct Entry Candidates

The management of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) wishes to inform all admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session that the clearance exercise will commence on Monday, 22nd September, 2025.

The University has automated the process to reduce physical stress and avoid crowding. Clearance will be conducted in dual mode (online/physical).

Clearance Requirements and Procedure

Login to JAMB CAPS, accept your admission, and print your Admission Letter and Result Slip (coloured print only). Admission letter will be authenticated.

Pay Acceptance Fee of ₦50,000 online via Pay-Direct, MasterCard, or Verve at enterpriseschoolsportal.iaue.edu.ng. Receipts will be verified.

Update your bio-data and other required information on the University portal.

Deadline: Merit candidates must accept admission on JAMB CAPS and pay acceptance fee on or before Tuesday, 14th October, 2025. Failure to do so will result in automatic reversal of admission.

Proceed to your Faculty Conference Hall from Monday, 22nd September, 2025, with the following documents for verification and clearance:

  5. Acceptance Fee, Faculty/Departmental/Campus Communication Dues Receipt (IAUE Portal)

  6. Original JAMB Result Slip (JAMB Website)

  7. Original JAMB Admission Letter (JAMB Website)

  8. Registration for Screening Payment Receipt (JAMB Website)

  9. National Identification Number (NIN) Slip (NIMC Portal)

  10. NIN Slip of Sponsors + Phone Number (for candidates aged 16–18)

  11. Age Declaration/Birth Certificate

  12. Local Government Identification Certificate

  13. Functional Email Address & Phone Number

  14. 4 File Jackets (Student Files) – obtainable at University Bookshop

  15. 4 Passport Photographs

  16. O’Level Results (WAEC/NECO)

  17. NCE/OND/NABTEB Results (for Direct Entry only)

  18. Identity Card Clearance Form (IAUE Portal)

Summary of Clearance Process

▪ All fee payments must be completed online before physical/online clearance at Faculty Conference Hall.
▪ JAMB Admission Letter and Result Slip will be verified via QR scan and stamped at ICT desk.
▪ Once cleared by Admissions Unit, portal generates Clearance Approval Notice (Admissions).
▪ Once cleared by Faculty, portal generates Clearance Approval Notice (Faculty).
▪ Print all clearance approval notices and place them in file jacket before final submission to Faculty Officer.
▪ Candidates must obtain and register a Glo SIM for the Campus Communication Network (CCN) at ICT/Glo Registration Point.
▪ After clearance, candidates may proceed online to pay school fees.

Notes

▪ Candidates who do not wish to accept admission may decline via JAMB CAPS.
▪ Students admitted to Faculties of Vocational & Technical Education and Agriculture must complete clearance at Rumuolumeni Campus (Department of Home Economics, Tourism & Hospitality), then proceed to Ndele Campus for academic programmes.
