AKSU Supplementary Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 Akwa Ibom State University Supplementary Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Session is Out. See how to apply and other details below.

Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), Ikot Akpaden, invites online applications from all qualified candidates for supplementary admissions into the University for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Only UTME candidates who made AKSU their First Choice Institution and scored 150 and above are eligible to apply.

Courses Available for AKSU Supplementary Form

All interested candidates are hereby requested to consider the option of changing to the following programmes:

Faculty of Agriculture

▪ Agricultural Economics & Extension
▪ Animal Science
▪ Crop Science
▪ Fisheries & Aquaculture
▪ Soil Science

UTME Subjects Combination:
English Language, Chemistry, Biology or Agricultural Science, and Mathematics or Physics.

O’Level Requirements:
Credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology or Agricultural Science.

Faculty of Biological Sciences

▪ Botany
▪ Zoology

UTME Subjects Combination:
English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics.

O’Level Requirements:
Credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Faculty of Physical Sciences

▪ Chemistry
▪ Physics
▪ Mathematics
▪ Statistics

UTME Subjects Combination:
English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics.

O’Level Requirements:
Credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Faculty of Education

▪ Education & Mathematics

UTME Subjects Combination:
English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics.

O’Level Requirements:
Credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

Candidates Eligible to Apply

▪ Only candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who made AKSU their First Choice Institution are eligible for screening.
▪ Each candidate must possess credit passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
▪ Direct Entry candidates must be holders of A’ Level/ND/NCE/HND/First Degree in relevant disciplines.

Uploading of O’Level Results

▪ All candidates are advised to upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal at a CBT centre.
▪ Uploaded documents must be clear and legible. Blurred documents will lead to disqualification.
▪ Candidates who fail to upload results and other academic qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements for AKSU Screening Exercise

▪ 2025 UTME Original Result Slip (with photograph in colour)
▪ Birth Certificate
▪ Certificate of Origin
▪ Certificate of Medical Fitness from an approved Government Hospital
▪ AKSU PUTME/DE Registration Confirmation Slip

Warning: Any candidate who fails to upload results will not be considered for admission.

How to Apply for AKSU Supplementary Post UTME / DE Screening

▪ Visit: portal.aksu.edu.ng
▪ Click Start NowEnrollSUPPLEMENTARY
▪ Enter JAMB Registration Number → Click Next
▪ Verify and Continue
▪ Proceed to make payment of ₦2,000 registration fee (excluding bank charges). Payment can be made via Debit card or Bank deposit nationwide.
▪ If payment is made at the bank, repeat steps 1–3 to continue registration.
▪ Upload scanned copies of documents (2025 UTME Result Slip, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Medical Fitness) in .jpg format (120KB–150KB).
▪ Preview details, confirm, then click Finish to generate the registration confirmation slip.

Important Notes

▪ Changing to any of these programmes does not guarantee automatic admission.
▪ Only candidates who meet the cut-off mark for the respective programmes will be considered.
▪ AKSU does not have individuals or sales agents. Payment must be made only through official channels.
▪ There is a grace period of four (4) weeks within which all approved admissions must be accepted. Failure to accept leads to deletion of admission and ineligibility for re-admission.
▪ Candidates must ensure their O’level results are uploaded at JAMB CAPS through an accredited CBT centre.

Registration Period

The University portal for the online registration is now open. Candidates who fail to register within the period will not be considered for supplementary admission.
