Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

▪️ A minimum of three (3) credit passes in O Level (WAEC or NECO) in English Language and any two other science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) in one sitting.

▪️ Must register for the 2026 JAMB (UTME) and obtain the required score.

▪️ Must register and pass at a credit level in the subjects they are deficient.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official university website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng.

2. Navigate to the "Portals" tab and select the "remedial programme."

3. Create a profile and fill in your bio-data using a valid email address.

4. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000. Payments can be made online or by generating an RRR and paying at any bank.

5. After successful payment, fill out the application form and print a copy for your records.

Screening and Registration

• Venue: Directorate office, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare.

• Dates: From Monday, August 11, 2025, to Friday, October 10, 2025.

• Documents: Candidates must bring both original and photocopies of their credentials for screening.

• Admission Status: Successful candidates can check their admission status and print their letters on the portal.
