UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening exercise will hold for candidates who:

▪ Chose Osun State University (UNIOSUN) as their first choice, or
▪ Are willing to change their institution to UNIOSUN, and
▪ Scored a minimum of 160 marks in UTME.

Note:
Candidates who scored less than 200 marks will not be considered for admission into the following programmes:
▪ Nursing
▪ Medicine
▪ Law
▪ Common and Islamic Law

Candidates who initially selected any of the above programmes but scored below 200 may change to another relevant course.

Age Limit:
Any candidate who will be less than 16 years of age as of 30th September, 2025 is not eligible to apply.

COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORMS

▪ Candidates must register online via the UNIOSUN Application Portal.
▪ After submission, print two (2) copies of the application form.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES

▪ Must complete and submit the online application form via the UNIOSUN website.
▪ Must read and understand the university's admission requirements before applying.
▪ Must forward academic transcripts to the Registrar, Osun State University, no later than Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025.
▪ All Direct Entry candidates (including UNIOSUN IJMB and JUPEB candidates) must have obtained the Direct Entry Form from JAMB and must participate in the screening exercise.

ELIGIBILITY

▪ Candidates must have five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings in relevant subjects.
▪ Candidates applying for Medicine, Nursing, and Law must have five (5) credit passes in one sitting only.
▪ A minimum of Lower Credit is acceptable for Direct Entry admission.

Candidates are advised to enter their details accurately. Any false information will result in withdrawal of admission and legal action.
Candidates awaiting results must upload them within one week of release.
Failure to participate in the screening exercise means disqualification from admission consideration.

CENTRAL ADMISSION PROCESSING SYSTEM (CAPS)

▪ All admissions for 2025/2026 will be processed through JAMB CAPS.
▪ Candidates must upload their O’ Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal to be considered for admission.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

All admitted candidates will undergo a mandatory medical screening, including drug screening.

ACCESS TO REGISTRATION PORTAL

▪ Visit the UNIOSUN Post UTME Portal.
▪ Read all instructions carefully before proceeding.

Application Fee:
▪ ₦3,000.00 – Portal Access Fee
▪ ₦2,000.00 – Post-UTME Screening Fee
Payment is made via Remita WebPAY using ATM cards (MasterCard, Verve, or Remita-enabled cards).

CLOSING DATE

Submission of application forms closes at 12:00 Noon on Friday, 19th September, 2025.
