UNIOSUN Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

Osun State Universit Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Session is now on sale. The closing date is 12:00 Noon on Thursday, 17th September, 2026. UNIOSUN Direct Entry (DE) Form is also out. See details below.

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening exercise will hold for candidates who chose Osun State University as their first choice or those willing to change their institution and make UNIOSUN their first choice, who have a minimum score of 160 marks.

However, candidates who scored less than 200 marks would not be considered for admission into any of the underlisted programmes:

▪ Law

▪ Nursing

▪ Medicine

▪ Islamic Law

Meanwhile, candidates who chose any of the above-mentioned courses but scored less than the prescribed marks can change to any other relevant programme of their choice.

In line with the extant national policy, any candidate who will be less than Sixteen (16) years of age as at 30th September, 2026 need not apply.

COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORMS

▪ Candidates are expected to complete and submit an application.

▪ Candidates are expected to print two (2) copies of the application form after submission.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES

▪ Direct Entry candidates should complete the form online by accessing:

▪ Candidates should submit an application and ensure that they read the admission requirements of the University before applying to any of its programmes.

▪ Candidates are expected to forward their Academic Transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University not later than Friday, 4th September, 2026.

▪ ALL Direct Entry candidates including those on UNIOSUN IJMB and JUPEB Programmes who wish to be considered for admission for the 2026/2027 Academic Session must have obtained Direct Entry Form from JAMB.

▪ They must also apply for the screening exercise.

ELIGIBILITY

▪ UNIOSUN will admit only candidates who made at least five (5) Credit Passes in SSCE, NECO or NABTEB in the relevant subjects at not more than two sittings.

▪ Except for Medicine, Nursing, Islamic Law and Law, where candidates are expected to have at least five (5) Credit Passes in SSCE or NECO in the relevant subjects at one sitting.

▪ The University may accept a minimum of Lower Credit for Direct Entry candidates.

▪ Candidates should meticulously provide their details on the University Portal.

▪ Any candidate that supplies false information would be prosecuted by law enforcement agencies and the admission of such candidate withdrawn once discovered.

▪ Any fee paid by any candidate that falsifies record or document will NOT be refunded.

▪ Candidates awaiting results should supply them within one week of release.

▪ Any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

CENTRAL ADMISSION PROCESSING SYSTEM (CAPS)

▪ The 2026/2027 Admission Exercise will be based on the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), a system designed by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to automate the admissions process into tertiary institutions.

▪ All candidates are advised to upload their O’ Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal as a pre-condition for admission.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

▪ All candidates who eventually get admitted will undergo mandatory medical examination.

▪ The medical examination includes screening for drug use.

▪ This will take you to the online Application Platform.

▪ Ensure you read all registration guidelines and instructions carefully before proceeding with registration.

▪ Payment of Three Thousand Naira (₦3,000.00) only as Portal Access Fee and Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only for the Post-UTME Screening is through the Remita WebPAY Platform using ATM Cards.
