FUDMA Screening Date & Documents for Fresh Students 2025/2026

 

Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA) announces screening of newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The screening and registration exercise has been scheduled to commence on Monday, 8th September 2025, at Old ICT, Take-off Campus, FUDMA, by 9:00 am – 4:00 pm daily.

All successful candidates who have seen their names on the admission list should note the following:

▪ Any admitted candidate who did not accept admission on JAMB profile will not appear on the JAMB matriculation list and will be considered not admitted, and will also not be allowed for NYSC mobilization after graduation.

▪ Candidates must access their JAMB profile, accept the admission offered, download, and print the admission letter before coming for registration.

▪ Candidates who have not uploaded their O’ level results on the JAMB profile must do so, otherwise, they cannot access the JAMB admission letter and will not be allowed to register.

Procedure for Acceptance of Admission (UTME & DE Candidates) 2025/2026

▪ Successful UTME candidates on the first list should check the University portal myportal.fudutsinma.edu.ng to reconfirm admission status and programme of study.

▪ Candidates are advised to study and note specific departmental subject requirements before registration.

▪ The University requires Credit in English Language and Mathematics in all its programmes.

FUDMA Screening Documents

Candidates should come to the screening with the following:

▪ Original Credentials including certificates, statements of result, date of birth, etc.
▪ Bank payment slip as evidence of payment
▪ Payment receipt from Bursary Department
▪ Photocopy of JAMB notification of result (UTME only)
▪ Photocopy of JAMB registration slip (DE only)
