AAUA Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 


Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA) has commenced its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session, effective Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

For the 2025/2026 admissions screening, candidates must meet the following criteria:

▪️ UTME Candidates:

▪️ Made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) their institution of first choice in the 2025/2026 UTME and scored 160 and above.

▪️ Candidates who did not choose AAUA as first choice but scored 160 and above are also eligible, provided they are willing to change their institution to AAUA as their first choice on JAMB CAPS before the close of registration.

▪️ Direct Entry Candidates:

▪️ Chose AAUA as their institution of first choice.

▪️ Age Requirement:

▪️ All eligible candidates should not be less than 16 years old by September 30, 2025.

Application Fees

The total fee for the screening exercise is N5,000, broken down as follows:

▪️ N2,000 for Post-UTME Registration.

▪️ N3,000 for Portal Access Fee.

Payment must be made online on the University Screening Portal.

Guidelines for Online Registration

To register for the screening exercise, follow these steps:

▪️ Visit the university website: https://utme.aaua.edu.ng

▪️ Create an account using your JAMB registration number and a valid E-mail address.

▪️ Confirm your E-mail address by clicking on the verification link sent to your E-mail (check your spam folder if not found in your inbox).

▪️ Log in to your account.

▪️ Make a payment of N5,000.00 via E-Tranzact.

▪️ After successful payment, fill in your Bio-data with valid details.

▪️ Print out your Bio-data slip.

General Instructions to All Candidates

▪️ O'Level Results: Candidates are advised to correctly upload all their O'Level results on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB O'Level results.

▪️ Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting O'Level results may apply but must upload their results on both the University portal and JAMB CAPS as soon as they are released for seamless admission processing.

▪️ Direct Entry Requirements: AAUA accepts 1st Degree (Second Class Lower Division), ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit), JUPEB (6 Points), and NCE (8 Points) for Direct Entry candidates.

▪️ Subject Combinations: Candidates should ensure that their UTME subject combination aligns with their desired course. If not, they are requested to change to their desirable courses on JAMB CAPS. Always check the O'Level requirements for your chosen course; this must include Credit passes in English Language and Mathematics for all courses at AAUA.

▪️ Form Completion: Ensure the online form is carefully completed, following all necessary instructions, as mistakes may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of documents, which will lead to disqualification.

▪️ Transaction Evidence: Print out evidence of completion of the transaction and keep it for future reference.

▪️ Mandatory Participation: It is mandatory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to qualify them for consideration for admission by the University.

Special Notice to Prospective Applicants

▪️ Registration Commencement: The online screening exercise began on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

▪️ UTME Score Review: Candidates willing to apply should review the minimum score in the 2025 UTME for some advertised programs to ensure proper placement.

▪️ Contact Information: Provide valid and active E-mail addresses and phone numbers during registration. Invalid E-mails or non-functional phone numbers may lead to a failure to receive important information, and candidates will be responsible for such failures.

▪️ No Agents: The University does not have any agents.
