UNILAG JUPEB Supplementary Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced that the School of Foundation Studies (SFS) application portal for the 2025/2026 supplementary JUPEB admission exercise is now open.

The School of Foundation Studies (SFS), University of Lagos (UNILAG), wishes to inform interested and suitably qualified candidates that the application portal for sale of application forms for supplementary admission into the School for the 2025/2026 academic session has been re-opened from Thursday, September 25 to Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the School of Foundation Studies for the 2025/2026 academic session. The application will remain open from Thursday, September 25 to Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

The cost of the form is ₦35,000 (excluding bank charges).

Programme Overview

Highly successful candidates after the JUPEB examination will be considered for:

▪ Direct Entry admission into 200 Level of UNILAG degree programmes through JAMB.
▪ Admission into partner foreign universities such as University of Bedfordshire, University of Central Lancashire, University of the West of England, De Montfort University (UK), University of Birmingham (UK), and Soochow University (China).

Important Notes:
▪ The programme is non-residential.
▪ It currently has no facilities for the visually impaired.
▪ All students will undergo compulsory medical screening.
▪ UNILAG maintains zero tolerance for drug abuse, sexual harassment, cultism, cybercrime, examination malpractice, and indecent dressing.

UNILAG JUPEB Subject Combinations

The one-year programme is taught in line with the JUPEB syllabus. Below are some subject combination groups:

▪ CRS/IRS – Music – Visual Arts (SFS01)
▪ CRS/IRS – French – Literature in English (SFS02)
▪ CRS/IRS – Economics – Government (SFS12)
▪ Accounting – Business Studies – Economics (SFS22)
▪ Biology – Chemistry – Physics (SFS28)
▪ Chemistry – Physics – Mathematics (SFS33)
▪ Economics – Mathematics – Physics (SFS35)
(and many other available combinations — candidates should check carefully before applying).

Admission Requirements

▪ Minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects obtained at one sitting in SSCE/WASSC, GCE O’Level, or NECO.
▪ Results must be obtained before registration.
▪ Candidates must ensure they have the correct O’Level background for their chosen subject combination.

How to Apply for UNILAG JUPEB Form

▪ Visit the School of Foundation website: foundation.unilag.edu.ng
▪ Proceed to the application portal: applications.unilag.edu.ng
▪ On the prospective student’s menu, click School of Foundation Studies.
▪ Fill the Pre-Application Form to obtain a Payment Reference Number (PRN) using correct names as on official documents.
▪ Pay ₦35,000 (excluding bank charges) at any commercial bank with your PRN.
▪ Return to the portal, log in with PRN as username and surname (lowercase) as password.
▪ Complete the form online and print two copies.
▪ Examination pass will be available online a week before the exam — print a copy for yourself.

Examination Details

▪ Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
▪ Venue: Distance Learning Institute (DLI), UNILAG
▪ Subjects: English Language & Mathematics (20 questions each), plus three relevant subjects (15 questions each) = 85 questions in total
▪ Duration: 1 hour
▪ Candidates must report to their exam venue two hours before scheduled time (check your Examination Pass for details).

Results: Results and merit admission lists will be published on the UNILAG website.
