▪ On a mobile browser, select the three-dotted lines at the top-right corner of the browser (⋮).

▪ Tick “Desktop site.”

▪ Click on “Admission Status.”

You may see one of the following admission status messages:

▪ NOT ADMITTED

▪ CONGRATULATIONS

IF YOU SEE “CONGRATULATIONS”

If your admission status shows “CONGRATULATIONS,” you should accept or reject the admission and wait for further instructions.

IF YOU SEE “ADMISSION IN PROGRESS”

If your status shows “Admission in progress,” you should be patient and check again after some time.

The admission status may change after a few days or weeks.

IF YOU SEE “NOT ADMITTED”

HOW TO VERIFY IMSU NEW STUDENT ACCOUNT

The procedure below was stated as being applicable to the previous session, and it had not been confirmed whether the same procedure would be used for the current session.

Candidates should therefore be guided accordingly.

▪ Go to the IMSU website through imsu.edu.ng.

▪ Click on the portal link.

▪ Click on “Verify Account.”

▪ Select “New Student.”

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number.

▪ Click on “Verify” to verify your account.

▪ Log in to the portal using the username and password displayed.

Once the account has been verified, proceed to pay the IMSU acceptance fee.
