Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Kwale, Delta State Post UTME Form For 2025/2026 Academic Session is out . The cut-off mark is 200

The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Kwale, Delta State hereby announces the screening of UTME candidates for admission into the institution for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Applications are only open to candidates that scored 200 and above at the 2025 UTME Examinations and have completed the procedure for change of their Universities of First Choice to the Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Kwale.

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess Five (5) Credits passes in the relevant subjects in the WASSCE, NECO, SSCE or GCE O/L Examinations at not more than two (2) sittings as well as other matriculation requirements stipulated by JAMB.

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates are to apply online at www.fumsk.edu.ng and make payments of 2,000 Naira (Two Thousand Naira with their ATM Cards via Remitta as well as upload their Passport Photographs of RED BACKGROUNDS, Originals of all credentials including Birth Certificates, testimonials and any other qualifying documents.
