FULOKOJA Registration Procedure & Schedule for Freshers’ 2025/2026

 The Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) Registration Procedure for Newly Admitted Students in 2025/2026 Academic Session has been released.

Accordingly, all 2025/2026 candidates who chose Federal University Lokoja as their 1st choice and participated in the online admission screening exercise but are yet to be admitted are advised to visit the nearest JAMB Office or JAMB-Accredited CBT Centre to access their e-Facility and confirm their admission status.

FULOKOJA FRESH STUDENTS REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To be eligible for clearance as an admitted candidate, adhere to the following conditions:

▪ Your admission must be approved on JAMB’s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
▪ You must have accepted the offer of admission approved by JAMB.
▪ Candidates who have not yet received an admission or transfer offer must visit a JAMB Office or any accredited JAMB CBT Centre to check their status.
▪ A mobile phone may not be sufficient for processing the required admission details.

Carefully read the guidelines outlined below before commencing the process.

STEP 1: ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER

▪ Visit the University website www.fulokoja.edu.ng and click on Admissions → Undergraduate → Post-UTME Portal, and log in with your JAMB Registration Number to confirm your admission status.
▪ Upon successful confirmation of admission status, click on “Pay Now” to process the payment for the acceptance charge of ₦20,000.00 using REMITA services (card or bank payment).
▪ Confirm your payment on the University website.
▪ Print your Admission Letter and Letter of Undertaking.

STEP 2: O’ LEVEL RESULT VERIFICATION

If you have not uploaded a fresh O’ level Examination (NECO/NABTEB) Scratch Card, proceed to upload it for verification.

▪ You are allowed to use the scratch card for verification only once.
▪ Failure to upload the correct O’ level examination details and a valid and usable examination scratch card will lead to automatic disqualification of admission.

For candidates submitting WAEC result(s):
▪ Go to www.waec.org and create a candidate account.
▪ Select Certificate Access (candidates) category.
▪ Fill out the form and complete the sign-up process.
▪ Log in with your details and provide the necessary information.
▪ Access your certificate and click the share button.
▪ Choose the certificate you want to share.
▪ Enter the email address provided in your Post-UTME portal.
▪ Click proceed to complete the sharing process.
▪ Note: WAEC charges ₦7,500.00 for its certificate, payable to WAEC, not FULOKOJA.

For candidates submitting NECO result(s):
▪ Login to everify.neco.gov.ng (Individual Sign In).
▪ Generate a payment token by clicking Purchase Token.
▪ Make your payment through the payment gateway (Remita).
▪ Login again to everify.neco.gov.ng and Validate Token Payment.
▪ Then submit your RRR and Payment Reference on your Post-UTME portal for result verification.
▪ Visit your Post-UTME Portal for confirmation to proceed with your registration.
▪ Once successful, proceed to Step 3.

STEP 3: PAYMENT OF SCHOOL CHARGES

▪ Visit www.fulokoja.edu.ng and click on Student → Undergraduate → Student Portal, and log in with your JAMB Registration Number.
▪ Go to Fees, select Academic Session, and click Pay Now to process the payment for School Charges using REMITA (card or bank payment).
▪ After confirmation of payment, print out your School Charges Receipt.
▪ Proceed to complete and print the Online Student Bio-Data Form (Form 01).

Note: Keep all printed documents safe as they will be required upon resumption.

STEP 4: PHYSICAL REGISTRATION (TO BE CARRIED OUT ON RESUMPTION)

Medical Certificate of Fitness
▪ Visit the University Health Services Centre to conduct your medical fitness test.

Course Registration
▪ Visit the University website → Student → Undergraduate → Student Portal → Course Registration to complete your course registration online.
▪ To check your course registration status, click Student Portal → Printout → Course Form.

STEP 5: CLEARANCE

The University operates on two campuses:
▪ College of Health Sciences (COHS) Campus, Adankolo, and
▪ Felele Campus (Permanent Site) where the Faculties of Arts, Agriculture, Education, Environmental Science, Engineering, Law, Management, Pharmaceutical Science, Science, and Social Sciences are located.

(a) Departmental Submission:
Visit your Department and submit three (3) copies each of the following documents to your Departmental Administrative Officer:

▪ Acceptance Fee E-Payment Receipt
▪ Online School Charges Receipt
▪ Federal University Lokoja Admission Letter
▪ Form 01 (Student Bio-Data Form) online printout
▪ JAMB Result Slip (online printout) – for UTME Candidates
▪ JAMB Admission Letter (Duplicate for Institution use only)
▪ Record from previous Institution (Statement of Result/Certificate) – for DE Candidates
▪ O’ level Result(s) (Online print-out)
▪ Signed Letter of Undertaking (original copy)
▪ Certificate of Local Government of Origin (If Non-Nigerian, Residence Permit)
▪ Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
▪ Medical Certificate of Fitness from the University Health Services Centre only
▪ Completed Course Registration Forms printed from the University portal
▪ Ten (10) recent Passport Photographs with red background

Failure to present the above documents will lead to automatic withdrawal of offer of admission.

(b) Submission to Other Units:
Submit a copy of your Student Bio-Data Form (Form 01) and Online School Charges Receipt to each of the following units:

▪ Students Affairs Division
▪ University Library
▪ Sports Unit
▪ University Health Services Centre
▪ University Counseling Centre
▪ Security Unit
▪ Directorate of ICT

CAUTION

▪ Ensure you diligently monitor the payment of any charges (acceptance fee, school charges) to its successful completion, as there might be fraudsters who will collect money from you and present fake receipts.
▪ A copy of your payment receipt will be sent from REMITA to your registered email address on the University portal as confirmation of successful payment.
▪ Beware of impostors who contact you with promises of assistance in admission, registration, result processing, or accommodation.
▪ Federal University Lokoja maintains the best ethical practices in handling students’ matters.
▪ Report any fraudulent act or suspicious activities to the Security Unit, Federal University Lokoja.
