 Kano State College of Health Science Registration Procedures For The 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The management of Kano State College of Health Science and Technology, Bebeji has released the registration procedures for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Steps for Registration Exercise

Kano State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Bebeji – Admission Office Registration Procedure for New Students (2025/2026 Academic Session):

▪ Visit the school website: https://sohtb.kascohsat.edu.ng
▪ Log in to your account dashboard using your email ID or NIN as username and your password.
▪ Click on ‘accept’ to accept the admission.
▪ Click on ‘pay acceptance fees’ and proceed to make payment online.
▪ Download and print your admission letter.
▪ Visit the school Admission Office with the following documents for screening:

1. A copy of your downloaded admission letter

2. Recent printout of SSCE result (result printed more than 2 years ago not acceptable)

3. Local Government Indigeneship Certificate

4. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age

▪ Collect from the Admission Office: Original Admission Letter, Guarantor’s Form, Acceptance Form, Rules and Regulation Form, and Bio Data Form.

▪ Visit the school website again to print payment receipt.
▪ Proceed to the Student Affairs Office with the following items for documentation:

1. Photocopy of Original Admission Letter

2. 2 Passport-size photographs

3. 2 Copies each of Birth Certificate, Local Govt. Indigeneship Authentication Certificate, Primary School Leaving Certificate, and SSCE Certificate

4. SSCE Result Checker (scratch card for result verification)

5. 2 Copies each of filled Guarantor’s Form, Acceptance Form, and Bio Data Form

6. 2 Copies of Medical Reports (collected from School Clinic)

7. One ream of A4 paper

8. 1 Piece of Hoe, Rake, or Cutlass

9. 2 Pieces of Brooms (short or long)

10. 2 Packs of 100g Detergent Powder

11. 2 Bottles of Izal

12. 2 Bottles each of Jik and Dettol

▪ Go to the School Clinic, collect hospital folder for medical checkup services.
▪ Proceed to your department with 2 passport photographs and 2 copies of all documents for departmental documentation.

▪ All admitted students are expected to adhere strictly to these guidelines.
▪ Timeline for the Registration Exercise: 15th September, 2025 – 30th September, 2025.
