FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites applications from suitably qualified JAMB Direct Entry (DE) candidates for admission screening into the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Eligibility for Application

▪ Candidates who selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB Direct Entry and chose any of the listed programmes.
▪ Candidates with NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and A‘Level qualifications in relevant disciplines, in addition to meeting the O’Level requirements.
▪ Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE but wish to study there must do a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal and select FUOTUOKE.

Method of Application

▪ Candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of N2,000.00 only, using Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit cards.
▪ Visit FUOTUOKE E-Campus to complete the online application.
▪ Read all instructions carefully before applying.

Candidates must upload the following in the specified formats:
▪ Digital passport-size photograph (JPG format)
▪ O’Level result – WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (PDF format)
▪ LGA Identification Letter (PDF format)
▪ Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
▪ NCE/OND/HND/First Degree or A’Level Certificate (PDF format)
▪ Academic Transcript (PDF format)

Special Instructions

▪ Use a recent digital passport photograph (JPG format).
▪ Provide a valid email address and personal phone number.
▪ FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications caused by invalid details.

▪ Commencement of Online Application: Wednesday, 17th September 2025
▪ Deadline for Submission of Application: Tuesday, 23rd September 2025
▪ Date of Screening Exercise: To be announced on the candidate’s Screening Schedule Printout after application.

Important Notice

▪ Candidates whose academic records are not uploaded on JAMB CAPS will not be considered.
▪ False declarations of O’Level grades or State of Origin will lead to automatic disqualification.
