This is to inform the prospective students of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo that the registration procedure for fresh and returing students has been released.

OFFICIAL RESUMPTION NOTICE FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) has officially announced the resumption dates for the commencement of the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

▪ Fresh Students: Monday, 29th September, 2025
▪ Returning Students: Monday, 6th October, 2025

All students are strongly advised to take note of these dates and make the necessary arrangements to resume as scheduled. 

This is to inform the newly admitted students of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) for the 2025/2026 Academic Session as follows: 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Please refer to our earlier communications regarding the registration of newly admitted and returning students. The Management has approved the following schedule and procedures for the 2025/2026 Academic Session:

▪ 18th September, 2025 – Acceptance of admission and payment of a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦25,000.00 by newly admitted students.

▪ 22nd September, 2025 – Payment of approved student charges by both new and returning students.

▪ 29th September, 2025 – Commencement of physical registration of newly admitted students at the Faculty level.

▪ Accommodation: Students requiring accommodation should, after completing registration at their Faculty, proceed to the Students’ Affairs Division for allocation of bed space and subsequent payment.

▪ 6th – 10th October, 2025 – Course registration at the Faculty level by returning students. Thereafter, returning students who are eligible for accommodation can proceed to the Students’ Affairs Division for allocation of bed space and subsequent payment.

All students are required to present themselves for registration at their respective Faculties and the Registry Department after obtaining receipts of payment from the Bursary Department.

Accommodation remains available for all medical students, 100-level, and final-year non-medical students. It is not compulsory and will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
