Federal University Of Gusau, FUGUS Online Registration Procedures For Fresh Students 2025/2026. 

This is to inform all prospective students admitted into undergraduate programmes of the Federal University of Gusau (FUGUS) for the 2025/2026 academic session that the registration exercise will commence as follows:

▪ Date: Monday, 15th September 2025
▪ Venue: Faculty of Science Extension
▪ Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm daily
▪ Duration: Two (2) weeks

Documents Required (Original and Photocopies)

▪ JAMB Admission Letter (Institution’s copy)
▪ JAMB Result Slip
▪ SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS, or NABTEB)
▪ Senior Secondary School Testimonial
▪ Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
▪ Letter of Indigene
▪ Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
▪ Four (4) recent Passport Photographs

Online Registration Steps (via ugs.fugusau.edu.ng)

▪ Pay an acceptance fee of Twelve Thousand Naira (₦12,000) only (non-refundable)
▪ Update your personal information
▪ Print the Letter of Undertaking
▪ Print the Remita receipt for the acceptance fee and a copy of the profile form
