The Bayelsa State Polytechnic, Aleibiri, is now accepting applications from qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Minimum Entry Requirements

ND Regular I (UTME Candidates)

▪️ Must have scored 100 or above in the last UTME.

▪️ Must have at least five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.

▪️ Candidates who did not choose Bayelsa State Poly as their first choice are advised to do a change of institution and course via any JAMB CBT center.

ND Regular II (Part-Time Candidates)

▪️ This program is for applicants who scored below 100 in the last UTME or did not sit for JAMB.

▪️ Must possess at least five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.

Screening Exercise Requirements

Candidates for the screening exercise must bring the original copies of the following documents:

▪️ JAMB Result Slip

▪️ O'level Result Certificate

▪️ Certificate of Local Government Origin

▪️ Two recent passport photographs

▪️ Application Form (Photocopy) and Bursary Receipt

▪️ Birth Certificate

▪️ Change of Course & Institution slip (if applicable)

How to Apply

1. Visit the online application portal at http://www.estudent.bayelsastatepoly.edu.ng.

2. Pay the non-refundable processing/screening fee:

   • ND Regular I: ₦3,000

   • ND Regular II and Part-Time Weekend: ₦7,000

   • HND Programmes: ₦10,000

3. Complete the online application form with all the required information.

4. Print two (2) copies of the online acknowledgment form and invoice to finalize the registration process.
