UNILORIN Student Exposed for Exam Malpractice After Forgetting ‘Expo’ Inside Script

A 200-level student of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has reportedly been exposed for exam malpractice after mistakenly submitting his answer script with a hidden cheat note, commonly known as "expo," still inside.

The incident was brought to light by a user on X (formerly Twitter), @bahdboydara, who posted a video showing the discovery of the incriminating material. The student, allegedly from the Faculty of Arts, accidentally left a small note, or "chip," filled with prepared answers within his script.

A screenshot from the video shows someone pointing to the student’s matriculation number, 22/15CD2, while publicly calling him out: “You forgot to remove your expo from your booklet after cheating.” The embedded note was clearly visible in the open exam script, prompting a widespread reaction across social media platforms.

Social media users reacted to the blunder with comments such as:

▪️ @col_demo: “Village people track am nhi o my bro.”

▪️ @atilola_mubarak: “Person talk say the nigga go wan do academic comeback but na go back later do am.”

▪️ @TOLULOPECHELSEA: “Village people will remove it soon.”
