TSCNM Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

 Taraba State College of Nursing Sciences, Jalingo National Diploma (ND) Admission Form in Nursing programme is now on sale for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The Office of the Registrar, Taraba State College of Nursing Sciences, Jalingo, has announced the commencement of the UTME online screening exercise for admission into the National Diploma (ND) in Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

▪ Candidates must be between 16 and 35 years of age at the time of application.

▪ Applicants must possess at least five (5) credits in their O'Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) obtained in not more than two sittings. The required subjects include Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

▪ NABTEB results can only be combined with another NABTEB result.

▪ Candidates must have scored 160 and above in the 2026 UTME.

▪ The College must have been chosen as the candidate's first choice in the 2026 UTME.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

▪ Visit the College website via www.tarabascnm.edu.ng/portal/application

▪ Create an account on the College portal.

▪ Use your username and password to log in.

▪ Make a non-refundable payment of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) only for the UTME online screening via ATM CARD.

▪ Fill the form carefully and submit online. Note that result verification scratch cards must not have been used more than three times.

▪ Print your payment slip (evidence of payment), UTME screening form, and acknowledgment letter.

PHYSICAL VERIFICATION EXERCISE

▪ Date: Tuesday, 18th August to Friday, 21st August, 2026.

▪ Time: 8:00 AM daily.

▪ Venue: College Premises.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION

▪ Printed application documents.

▪ National Identity Card or National Identity Slip.

▪ O'Level Result Checking Card or PIN.

▪ Original copies of all relevant credentials.

▪ Photocopies of all relevant credentials.
