TSCNM Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

Taraba State College of Nursing & Midwifery has released its admission form for the 2025/2026 academic session for the Community Nursing & Community Midwifery Programme.

Application forms for admission into the Community Nursing and Community Midwifery Programme are available online from July 21 to August 31, 2025.

Entry Requirements

▪️ Candidates must obtain at least 3 Credits in their O’level result (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB).

▪️ Required subjects must include English Language, Biology, and a credit in either Physics or Chemistry.

▪️ These credits must be obtainable in not more than two sittings.

▪️ Candidates must be an Indigene of Taraba State.

▪️ Note: NABTEB results can only be combined with NABTEB for both programmes.

Mode of Application

▪️ Step 1: Visit the College Application Portal.

▪️ Step 2: Create an account on the college portal.

▪️ Step 3: Use your username and password to log in.

▪️ Step 4: Make a non-refundable payment of ₦10,000 only for the application form via ATM CARD.

▪️ Step 5: Fill the form carefully and submit online (only use O’level Result Checking Card or PIN that has not been used more than three (3) times).

▪️ Step 6: Print your payment slip (evidence of payment), application form, and acknowledgement letter.

Physical Verification & Aptitude Test

▪️ Date: Thursday, September 5, 2025

▪️ Time: 8:00 AM

▪️ Venue: College premises.

▪️ Prospective candidates should come along with writing materials for the test.
