Nigerian Army College of Nursing Sciences (NACON) Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and Community Nursing Programmes at the prestigious Nigerian Army College of Nursing Sciences (NACON), Myhoung Barracks, Yaba, Lagos, for the 2026/2027 academic session.

In line with the institution’s commitment to expanding access to top-tier healthcare education, application windows are officially open to military personnel, paramilitary personnel, and qualified civilians alike. Prospective applicants who meet the rigorous academic and institutional standards are encouraged to apply within the stipulated registration window to advance their careers in the nursing profession.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

▪ Candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in their O’Level result (WASSCE/GCE, NECO), which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, at not more than two (2) sittings.

▪ Candidate must be between the age of 17 and 25 years by October, 2026.

▪ Candidate must be a Nigerian by birth.

▪ In addition to the above, candidate must have sat for the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 180 marks for ND/HND and 150 marks for Community Nursing (CN).

PROGRAMME DURATION

▪ Four (4) Years for ND/HND Nursing.

▪ Two (2) Years for Community Nursing Programme.

SCREENING PROCEDURE

▪ Forms will be available on the College website: www.nacon.edu.ng

▪ Forms can be accessed for registration from 1st June, 2026 – 10th August, 2026

▪ Relevant credentials to be uploaded include:

▪ O’Level Result(s)

▪ Secondary School Testimonial

▪ Birth Certificate

▪ Certificate of Origin

▪ 2026 UTME Result

▪ Passport Photograph

HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1: ACCOUNT CREATION (SIGN UP)

▪ Visit the portal: admission.nacon.edu.ng

▪ Click on “Apply Now” or “Sign Up”

▪ Enter your valid email address and create a secure password to set up your applicant profile.

STEP 2: PAYMENT GENERATION

▪ Log in with your newly created credentials.

▪ Select the specific programme you are applying for:

▪ ND/HND Nursing

▪ Community Nursing (CN)

▪ Generate the application fee payment link/invoice and make payment online as directed on the portal.

STEP 3: BIO-DATA & ACADEMIC INFORMATION

▪ Complete the online application form by providing your personal details including:

▪ Full Name

▪ Date of Birth

▪ State of Origin

▪ Input your academic details including:

▪ 2026 UTME Registration Number

▪ UTME Score

▪ O’Level (WAEC/NECO/GCE) grades

STEP 4: DOCUMENT UPLOADS

Applicants will be required to upload clear scanned copies of the following:

▪ 2026 UTME Result Slip

▪ O’Level Result(s) (WASSCE, GCE or NECO)

▪ Secondary School Testimonial

▪ Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

▪ Certificate of Origin

▪ Recent Passport Photograph (plain background)

STEP 5: REVIEW AND SUBMISSION

▪ Carefully cross-check all entered information and uploaded documents to ensure accuracy.

▪ Click Submit to finalize your application.

▪ Print out your:

▪ Application Confirmation Slip

▪ Payment Receipt

These should be kept for record and verification purposes.

STEP 6: TRACK STATUS & ONLINE SCREENING

▪ Use the portal dashboard to track your application status and receive notifications.

▪ Keep your login details safe, as they will be required to access the Online Screening Examination.
