Federal Polytechnic, Nekede Post-UTME Form Is Out [UPDATED]

 

The Federal Polytechnic, Nekede (FPNO) Post-UTME registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session is ongoing. The application fee is N2,000, and the deadline for submission and payment is August 31, 2025.

Eligibility for Application

▪️ All 2025/2026 UTME candidates who applied to Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri as first or second choice with a UTME Score of 100 or above.

▪️ Candidates who used FPNO as their second or third choice must change to Federal Polytechnic Nekede as their FIRST CHOICE and upload their O’level results on JAMB accredited CBT Centres before they will be considered for admission.

▪️ Any wrong information provided will disqualify the candidate.

Documents Required for Online Application Submission

Candidates are requested to forward online the following particulars:

▪️ O’level Result (WASSCE, NECO or NABTEB).

▪️ 2025 UTME Score.

▪️ JAMB Subject combination for the course applied.

Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for all National Diploma (ND) Programmes are as follows:

▪️ Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO or NABTEB (O’level Examinations).

▪️ Possession of Appropriate JAMB subjects Combination for the course applied for.

▪️ Note: Animal Husbandry is not considered a science subject; also D7 in Mathematics is not acceptable for admission in any department.

Method of Application

1. All candidates MUST first go to the school’s application portal: https://ndapplication.fpno.edu.ng/Applicant/Form/PostJambFormInvoiceGeneration

2. Fill your Biodata in the form and generate an invoice, print or copy out the invoice number (you can do this on your mobile phone).

3. Proceed to Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any bank of your choice and make a payment of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only on Remita platform using the RRR number on the invoice you generated.

   ▪️ You can also choose to make your payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD. If you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the card details for the payment to be processed immediately.

4. Return to the school’s website, www.fpno.edu.ng, click on “application form”, and complete your application process.

5. Submit your data as requested and print out your acknowledgment slip.

   ▪️ If you process your payment using your card, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgment slip.

Important Notes

▪️ Candidates who did not initially choose any of the courses advertised should utilize this opportunity to change course and upload their O’level result(s) on JAMB portal in any JAMB accredited CBT centre.

▪️ Candidates should ensure that their UTME subject combination qualifies them to study the course of their choice.

▪️ Any disparity in O’level result grades, JAMB score, and/or JAMB registration number disqualifies the candidate.

▪️ Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country. It is therefore advisable to minimize trips to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.

▪️ All official payments are done through the Remita platform of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri (www.fedpolynekede.edu.ng).
