Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic Post-UTME form for the 2025/2026 academic session is still on sale. Registration closes on December 31, 2025.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the under-listed Full-Time National Diploma (ND) programmes of Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic for the 2025/2026 Academic Year.

LATEST UPDATE: Extension of Post-UTME Registration Deadline

Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic has announced that the sale of admission forms for the 2025/2026 session will officially close on Wednesday, 31st December 2025. Candidates who have not yet applied are advised to do so via:

It is important to note that Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic was formerly called Port Harcourt Polytechnic.

Candidates Eligible to Obtain the Post-UTME Form

▪ Admission into the National Diploma programmes is open to candidates who sat and passed the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and meet the minimum UTME cut-off for specific programmes.
▪ Applicants may be required to undertake a screening exercise. Dates and venue will be communicated where applicable.
▪ Candidates who did not choose Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic as first choice may also apply. Such candidates must do change of institution on JAMB to make the Polytechnic their first choice.

Elechi Amadi Polytechnic Courses and Requirements

SCHOOL OF FINANCIAL STUDIES

Duration: Two (2) years
▪ Accountancy
▪ Banking and Finance

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Five (5) credits in GCE O’Level/WAEC/NECO/NTC/NABTEB in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, and any three (3) relevant subjects.

SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATIVE STUDIES

Duration: Two (2) years
▪ Business Administration and Management
▪ Office Technology and Management (Secretarial Administration)
▪ Marketing
▪ Public Administration

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics, and any three (3) from Economics/Commerce, Business Studies, Principles of Accounts, Statistics, Geography, Government, Biology/Agric Science, History/Government, etc.

SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY

Duration: Two (2) years
▪ Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
▪ Computer Engineering Technology

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and any other relevant subject.

SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES

Duration: Two (2) years
▪ Architectural Technology
▪ Urban and Regional Planning
▪ Building Technology
▪ Surveying and Geo-Informatics
▪ Transportation Planning and Logistics

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics, and any three (3) relevant arts or science subjects.
▪ Additionally, one (1) credit from: Further Mathematics, Biology/Agric Science, Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Woodwork, Concreting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Geography, Basic Electronics, Basic Electricity, Economics.

SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Duration: Two (2) years
▪ Agricultural Technology
▪ Statistics
▪ Computer Science
▪ Science Laboratory Technology

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Five (5) credits including English Language, Mathematics and any three (3) relevant subjects.
▪ Plus a credit in one (1) of: Physics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Economics/Geography, Biology, Agric Science, Technical Drawing, Woodwork, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity.

SCHOOL OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

Duration: Two (2) years
▪ Mass Communication
▪ Library and Information Science

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Five (5) credits including English Language, Literature-in-English, Mathematics, and any two (2) relevant subjects.

How to Apply for Elechi Amadi Polytechnic Post-UTME Form

▪ Application is online via http://ceapoly.edu.ng/ or http://ecampus.portharcourtpoly.edu.ng
▪ Application form costs N2,500 and N300 portal/bank charges.
▪ Candidates should make e-payment by generating a Transaction ID and paying at any of the designated banks (Zenith, First Bank, UBA, Fidelity, Sterling, FCMB, Union Bank) via Pay Direct, or pay online using an Interswitch-enabled Verve or MasterCard.
▪ After payment, all applicants must submit their Application Receipts to the Bursary Department for verification.
▪ Completed forms must be printed and submitted to the Admissions Office with verified receipts and relevant credentials not later than December 31, 2025.
