Application forms can be obtained at the College ICT and E-Library Units
at a non-refundable fee of N5,000 only.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess 5 credits in SSCE (WAEC or NECO) including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sittings.
Health Technician, Environmental Health Technician and JCHEW require credits in English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and two passes in any other subjects.
CHEW requires five credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Physics.
