FUHSO Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

FUHSO Post UTME Form: The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) Post UTME Form for the 2026/2027 session is out. The closing date is 20th August, 2026. The cut-off mark is 160 and above in some courses.

The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) wishes to inform all candidates that the Post-UTME/Direct Entry (DE) Screening Exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session has commenced.

This screening is for all candidates who chose FUHSO as their first choice institution during the 2026 UTME or who applied through Direct Entry (DE). If you applied, you are expected to complete your registration for the screening exercise.

The registration begins on Monday, July 20th, 2026, and ends on 20th August, 2026. All interested candidates are advised to complete their registration within this period.

UTME CANDIDATES ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility

Only candidates who applied through JAMB for the 2026/2027 UTME or Direct Entry admission and have chosen the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice are eligible for the exercise.

For the Direct Entry (DE) candidates, the University accepts a minimum of Second Class Lower in relevant Science courses or A Levels/IJMB with a minimum of 13 points, including Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FUHSO POST UTME FORM

Eligible candidates are requested to visit the University website and click on 2026/2027 Post UTME/DE Screening.

Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions available on the portal before proceeding with the registration.

Applicants are to fill in their relevant information and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only as screening fees through the same portal.

IMPORTANT NOTES

▪ Candidates who fail to register for the Post-UTME screening will not be eligible for admission into the University.

▪ Only applicants who uploaded their O'Level or A'Level results on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.

▪ Candidates are advised to monitor their admission status on the JAMB portal as failure to accept admission after four (4) weeks of approval shall lead to cancellation of such admission and the candidate shall be placed under the refusal to accept category and be rendered ineligible to be re-admitted.

▪ Applicants seeking admission into the B.Sc. Mathematics programme may get a scholarship upon admission.

FUHSO POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates who selected FUHSO as the University of First Choice during the 2026 JAMB Examination might be invited for the Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening.

Candidates who wish to switch to this University should effect the change on the JAMB portal and select the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as the University of First Choice.

Such candidates should select the desired programme for which they have the requisite UTME subject combinations and relevant O'Level results.

Candidates should ensure that their O'Level results are successfully uploaded on the JAMB portal for admission.

Any candidate whose results are not uploaded will not be available on JAMB's Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and therefore will not be eligible for admission.

Candidates are requested to appear for the screening with the following documents:

▪ Evidence of selecting the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) as the first choice through JAMB.

▪ Printout of JAMB results from JAMB CAPS.

▪ Original SSCE/NECO O'Level Certificate/Result.

▪ Birth Certificate.

▪ Two passport photographs.

▪ Evidence of payment of a non-refundable processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only in favour of FUHSO through REMITA.

▪ Two photocopies of each of the above documents.
