LASCOHET Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

Lagos State College of Health Technology has announced the sale of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session.

.

The Registrar of the institution, Mr. Christopher Ekundayo, on behalf of the Provost and Management of the College, informed the general public, prospective students, and parents that admission forms will be on sale from 19th May to 18th July 2026.

APPLICATION DETAILS

▪ Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into the various accredited programmes of the college.

▪ Application forms are available through the official college portal below:

▪ The application form costs N25,000.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

▪ Carefully read all instructions before starting your application.

▪ Click on “Apply Now” and carefully read the instructions, then click on “Proceed Now”.

▪ Read the payment details carefully and click on “Proceed Now”.

▪ Supply your basic biodata information as requested and click on “Register”.

▪ Applicants are expected to use a valid email address because it will serve as the official communication medium between the college and the applicant.

LOGIN PROCEDURE

▪ Login using your email address and password created during registration.

APPLICATION FORM PAYMENT

▪ Click on “Pay” to make payment for the Application Fee of N15,000.00 only.

COMPLETE PAYMENT

▪ Enter your phone number for One-Time Password (OTP) alert.

▪ Click on “Card”.

▪ Supply your ATM card details and click on “Submit”.

▪ Select the preferred payment option and click on “Continue”.

PROCESSING FEE PAYMENT

▪ Make payment for the Processing Fee of N10,000.00 only using the same payment steps above.

PRINT PAYMENT RECEIPT

▪ Print your payment receipts after successful payment.

▪ Payment receipts will also be sent to your registered email address.

SIGN UP / LOGIN

▪ New users should click on “Proceed Now” and create an account.

▪ Existing users should click on “Proceed Now” and then click on “Click here to login if you have registered”.

PAYMENT PROCESS

▪ After login, applicants will view their biodata and the number of sittings specified during registration.

▪ Use the “Pay” button on the payment page.

▪ Follow all payment instructions carefully to complete payment safely.

RECEIPT GENERATION

▪ After payment, a receipt will be generated automatically.

▪ Print the receipt and click on “Load Application Form”.

APPLICATION FORM COMPLETION

▪ Click on “Load Application Form”.

▪ Enter all required information carefully.

▪ Submit and print the successful application form page.

RESULT VERIFICATION

▪ Click on “Pay Result Verification”.

▪ Follow the same payment process used earlier.

▪ Print your Result Verification Slip after payment.

APPLICANT PORTAL LOGIN

▪ After successful completion of all registration processes and payments, applicants will receive an approval email.

▪ Applicants can then login to the Applicant Portal to:

▪ Complete other necessary registrations.

▪ Print Admission Letter.

▪ Print Acceptance Letter.

▪ Generate Matric Number.
