EKSU Notice to Newly Admitted Students Yet to Upload Documents on Portal for Screening and Registration process. 

The Management of Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, has issued an important reminder to all newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session to urgently upload their required documents on the University portal and complete the verification, screening, and registration process.

According to an internal memo released by the Admissions Office, a large number of candidates who have already accepted their admission offers are yet to upload the necessary documents required for verification and screening. The memo revealed that only 4,688 candidates have successfully completed the process as of the date of the notice.

The University further noted that the matriculation ceremony will hold soon, stressing that only candidates who have successfully generated their matriculation numbers will be recognized as bonafide students of the institution.

Any candidate who fails to generate a matriculation number before the matriculation ceremony will automatically forfeit their admission.

The Admissions Office emphasized that registration is compulsory, adding that no candidate will be assigned a matriculation number without completing the registration process.

All affected candidates are therefore advised to upload their documents for verification and screening on the EKSU portal on or before Thursday, 15th January, 2026.
