UNIDEL Matriculation Ceremony Date 2025 Announced [UPDATED]

The University of Delta (UNIDEL) Matriculation Ceremony Date for the 2025/2026 Session has been announced. 

The Management of the University of Delta (UNIDEL) has officially announced the date for its 5th Matriculation Ceremony for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to a notice released by the institution, the Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled to hold on Friday, 14th November 2025, commencing with the Academic Procession at 9:00 a.m.

▪ Event: 5th Matriculation Ceremony
▪ Date: Friday, 14th November 2025
▪ Time: 9:00 a.m. (Academic Procession begins)
▪ Venue: University of Delta Campus, Agbor

Important Information

▪ Only registered new students of the University are qualified to be matriculated.
▪ All members of Senate and Congregation are required to participate in the academic procession, properly adorned in their academic gowns.
▪ Faculty Officers are to collect academic gowns for students in their various faculties from the Central Stores, starting from Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at 12 noon.
▪ Faculty Officers are also to ensure that students from their faculties maintain good conduct throughout the ceremony.

Conduct and Discipline

▪ Students are strictly warned against any form of misconduct that could bring the name of the University into disrepute.
▪ Any act contrary to the institution’s rules and regulations will attract stiff penalties as stipulated by the University’s code of conduct.
▪ The Management extends its best wishes to all students and staff as preparations continue for a successful matriculation ceremony.
