 Kwara State University (KWASU) Notice on Closure of 2025/2026 admission exercises. 

The Management of Kwara State University (KWASU) wishes to inform the general public that the 2025/2026 admission process into undergraduate programmes has been completed.

Academic activities for the session are already in progress, signifying that the admission exercise for the year has officially closed.

In a circular signed by the Registrar, Dr. Kikelomo W. Salle, dated November 6, 2025, the University announced that the admission quota allocated for the session has been fully exhausted, thereby marking the end of all admission activities for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Important Notice to the Public

▪ The University will no longer entertain any admission requests or considerations for this session.
▪ Staff, students, and members of the public are hereby advised to take note of this development and desist from making further inquiries or expectations regarding the concluded admission process.
▪ The Management appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all stakeholders throughout the process and reaffirms its commitment to transparency and due process in all admission activities.

Warning Against Fraudulent Activities

The University Management cautions the public against falling victim to fraudulent individuals or groups claiming to offer admission assistance.

▪ KWASU has not authorized any person, agent, or social media platform to offer admission help or request candidates to report to any location for processing.
▪ All official information from the University is issued through signed statements by designated officers or published on the official KWASU communication channels.
▪ Members of the public are urged to disregard any unofficial messages or social media claims suggesting ongoing admission activities.
