KWASU Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

INVITATION AND ELIGIBILITY

Kwara State University, Malete invites all UTME/DE candidates in the following categories for the 2025/2026 Pre-Admission Screening Registration:

▪ Candidates whose first choice of institution is Kwara State University, Malete.
▪ Candidates who wish to choose KWASU as their first choice. They are, however, required to effect the change of institution to KWASU on the JAMB Portal before registration.

To be eligible:
▪ All candidates must have five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings.
▪ For MBBS, only one sitting is acceptable.
▪ Candidates awaiting O’Level results can also apply but must upload results before admission closes.

Admission Requirements
▪ Minimum of 5 credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
▪ Maximum of two sittings allowed (only one sitting for MBBS applicants)
▪ Direct Entry (DE) candidates must upload ND/NCE/HND/JUPEB results

If Awaiting O’Level Results
Candidates awaiting results can apply, but must upload results before admission closes

REGISTRATION/SCREENING FEES

▪ All candidates are to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 only (excluding service charges).

2025/2026 UNDERGRADUATE PRE-ADMISSION REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Visit http://portal.kwasu.edu.ng and click “Click here to apply”.

2. Click the “Undergraduate” link at the top menu bar.

3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number, then click “Continue”.

4. Complete the basic information page (ensure valid phone number and email address), then click “Next”.

5. On the payment review page, click “Make Payment” to proceed.

6. Enter your ATM card details (MasterCard or Visa) and submit.

7. Input the OTP code sent to your phone and click “Continue” to complete payment.

8. After a successful payment, return to the portal and click “Main login”.

9. Enter your JAMB registration number and use your Surname as password.

10. Click “Login to dashboard” and complete your registration.

11. Print the completed registration form and payment receipt.

Note: If you were debited and payment failed due to network issues:
▪ Re-query your payment by entering your JAMB Reg. No and phone number.
▪ Press the Tab key to reveal the “Re-query” button and proceed.

▪ JAMB result slip
▪ O’Level result(s)
▪ Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
▪ State of Origin certificate
▪ Passport photo
▪ JAMB change of institution slip (if applicable)

Admission Process
▪ Screening will be based on UTME score and O’Level grades
▪ No Post-UTME test

IMPORTANT NOTES

▪ Final admission is based on meeting both the University’s and chosen programme’s UTME/DE cut-off marks, and
▪ Availability of spaces within the NUC-approved quota.

▪ Any falsification of citizenship certificates or other documents will result in disqualification and prosecution.
