KWASU Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

 KWASU Post-UTME application portal for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is now on sale.

This is to inform applicants who are interested in obtaining the Post-UTME Application Form of Kwara State University (KWASU) that the Management has re-opened the application portal.

CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE KWASU POST-UTME

▪ Candidates whose First Choice Institution is KWASU.

▪ Candidates interested in admission into KWASU but have not made it their First Choice Institution. Such candidates are strictly advised to change to KWASU.

▪ To be eligible, all candidates must have five (5) O’Level Credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings except for MBBS which requires only one sitting.

▪ Candidates awaiting O’Level results can also apply, but they will not be considered for admission until their results are available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

▪ Admission offers will be determined by a combined score of UTME/DE (70%) and five (5) relevant O’Level grades (30%).

▪ Any incorrect entries will automatically disqualify a candidate.

▪ Candidates must have five (5) O’Level Credits in relevant subjects obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.

▪ The MBBS programme requires credits in one sitting only.

▪ Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply, but admission will not be considered unless results are submitted before the admission process concludes.

▪ Online registration opens on 18th July, 2026.

▪ Online registration closes on 17th August, 2026.

REGISTRATION FEE

▪ Candidates are required to pay the sum of ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only.

2026/2027 SESSION PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

▪ Visit http://portal.kwasu.edu.ng and click on “Click here to Apply”.

▪ Click Undergraduate link at the top menu bar.

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click on “Continue”.

▪ Complete the Basic Information page.

▪ Enter only a valid phone number and email address and click Next.

▪ On the Payment Review Page, click on “Make Payment”.

▪ This will take you to the payment page where you can provide your card details.

▪ Enter your ATM Card (Mastercard, Visa or Verve) number and other required details and submit.

▪ Enter the OTP Code sent to your phone and click Continue to complete your payment.

▪ After successful payment, click on “Main Login” on the portal.

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Surname as password.

▪ Click on “Login to Dashboard” and complete your registration.

▪ Ensure you print the completed Registration Form and Payment Receipt.

PAYMENT REQUERY

▪ Candidates can requery a payment attempt in case they have been debited and network failure occurs while completing payment.

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Phone Number.

▪ Press the Tab button to display the Requery interface.

▪ Requery your unsuccessful payment attempt through the portal.

CLOSING DATE

▪ The closing date for online registration is 17th August, 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

▪ Final admission into KWASU is based on meeting the University's and the academic programme's cut-off points in UTME/DE.

▪ Admission is also subject to the availability of spaces within the NUC-approved admission quota for KWASU.

▪ Falsification of citizenship certificates or any other certificate will lead to disqualification.

▪ Such cases will be reported to law enforcement agencies for possible prosecution.
