Federal Poly Mubi Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Session is Out. This is for ND Full-Time. Candidates who did not choose the school can apply. 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic Mubi (FPM), Adamawa State, various National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Update on Fed Poly Mubi Admission: in-line with the new JAMB Policy on National Diploma (ND) Admissions, applicants can only be admitted, if they make FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, MUBI as their FIRST CHOICE INSTITUTION.

Candidates that applied for NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) admission into various programmes of the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi for the 2025/2026 Academic Session are being advised to strictly abide by the following guidelines:

▪ Frequently visit the JAMB Portal for updates on their application processes.
▪ All candidates that are offered various programmes of their choices are strongly advised to go and ACCEPT the offer in order to facilitate the admission process using the following steps:
(a) Click to JAMB Portal using your E-mail address & Password.
(b) Click on My CAP & then Click on CHECK ADMISSION STATUS.
(c) Finally, click on ACCEPT, to accept the admission offered to you.

▪ All Candidates that are yet to upload their O’Level Results on JAMB PORTAL should do so immediately as failure to do so means his/her application would not be considered.
▪ All Candidates/Applicants wishing to gain admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi are required to visit the nearest JAMB CBT CENTRE or JAMB OFFICE to change their admission status to Federal Polytechnic, Mubi as their 1st CHOICE INSTITUTION in order to be considered in the ongoing admission exercise for 2025/2026 Academic Session.
▪ Any challenges encountered arising from the content of Serial Nos (1)-(iv) above, candidates are being strongly advised to visit the Nearest CBT Centre or JAMB Office for clarifications.

Federal Poly Mubi Post UTME Eligibility

▪ Candidates must select Federal Polytechnic, Mubi as their Institution of 1st choice.
▪ Minimum UTME score required is 100 and above.
▪ Candidates must have five (5) relevant credit passes in SSCE, WAEC, NECO, GCE, NBC or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings.

This screening exercise is also open to candidates who did not choose Federal Polytechnic Mubi during their UTME registration.
Such applicants must complete a JAMB change of institution to Federal Polytechnic Mubi as first choice.

Candidates within Mubi metropolis may visit the Polytechnic ICT Centre for their online post-UTME screening.

The screening exercise commences immediately.

Candidates are strongly advised to upload their O’level results to JAMB CAPS at any accredited CBT Centre. Failure to do so will deny admission.

How to Apply for Federal Poly Mubi Post UTME Form

▪ Applicants are required to log into the institution’s portal https://fpmportal.net/forms/ using their JAMB registration number as both login ID and password.
▪ A screening fee of ₦2,000.00 should be paid through Remita to the Polytechnic.
