The management of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) has released the first batch admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session.

How to Check UNIBEN Admission List

On JAMB CAPS / JAMB Admission Portal

▪ Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
▪ Login with your JAMB profile username and password
▪ Scroll down then click Check Admission Status
▪ Click Access My CAPS to view your admission status

Possible outcomes:
▪ Congratulations… – Accept or Reject admission and follow the next instructions
▪ Admission in Progress – Status will change in a few days/weeks; check back later
▪ Not Admitted – You may still gain admission later, so stay hopeful

On UNIBEN Admission Portal

Once activated by the school, candidates can check admission status by following these steps:

▪ Visit https://uniben.waeup.org/applicants/checkstatus
▪ Enter your Application Number or Registration Number
▪ Provide one of your names in the required column
▪ Click Submit, confirm your Application Number, and click Proceed to view admission status
