Eligibility for Application

Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:

▪ Possess WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS with a minimum of five credits in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (not more than two sittings).
▪ Must have scored 140 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
▪ Must be at least 16 years old.
▪ NABTEB results cannot be combined with any other examination certificate.

▪ Purchase Admission Form: Forms are obtainable at the College ICT Centre, Kariyoma College of Nursing Sciences, Lafia, at the cost of ₦15,000.
▪ Complete Application: Fill the form correctly and attach the following documents:
▪ Passport-sized photographs
▪ Academic certificates
▪ Birth certificate
▪ Proof of payment
▪ Submit Application: Return completed forms to the Admissions Office before the deadline.
