FUOTUOKE invites applications from JAMB UTME candidates for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise into the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

LATEST UPDATE: FUOTUOKE supplementary Post-UTME registration for 2025/2026 session 

▪ Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
▪ Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME but did not choose FUOTUOKE and are willing to do a Change of Institution via the JAMB website.

HOW TO OBTAIN FUOTUOKE POST UTME FORM

1. Make a non-refundable payment of ₦2,000.00 only (Debit Card or Bank Payment).

2. Visit http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

3. Locate “2025/2026 POST UTME SCREENING APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION.”

4. Select Post UTME → Full Time.

5. Enter your PIN and begin the application.

6. Complete the online application with valid personal details.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

▪ Passport-size photograph
▪ Copy of 2025 JAMB UTME original result printout
▪ Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result
▪ Copy of Local Government Identification Letter
▪ Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

▪ Use a clear digital passport photograph.
▪ Ensure names match exactly with JAMB records.
▪ Provide a valid email address and phone number.
▪ False declarations of UTME scores, O’Level grades, or State of Origin will lead to disqualification.

DEADLINE

▪ The online application portal closes on September 23rd, 2025.
▪ Date for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated on the PUTME Screening Schedule Printout after application.

Successful candidates will be issued letters of invitation for further verification processes at the University Campus.
