ABU Zaria Admission List 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 ABU Admission List: The Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (ABU) First Batch Admission List for 2025/2026 Session is out. The list is now available on the school’s website. 

This is to inform the public that especially all prospective students of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (ABU) that the school management has released the first batch admission lists for the 2025/2026 academic session 

▪ All admitted students are advised to immediately upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal.
▪ Candidates offered courses different from the ones originally applied for should also apply for a change of course on the JAMB portal.

How to Check ABU Admission List

As at the time of updating this page, the admission list could only be accessed through the JAMB CAPS portal.

Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal:

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, follow the procedure below:

▪︎ Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.

▪︎ Log in to your Jamb profile with your username and password.

▪︎ Scroll down, then locate and click the 'Check Admission Status' tab.

▪︎ Then click on Admission Status. You should then click on 'Check Admission Status' or click on 'Access my CAPS'.

▪︎ Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser (i.e. ⋮) and then tick 'Desktop site'.

▪︎ Then click on admission status.

▪︎ You will either see 'Admission in progress check back later', or 'NOT ADMITTED', or 'CONGRATULATIONS'.

Case 1: If you see 'CONGRATULATIONS...', accept/reject your admission and wait for further instructions.

Case 2: If you see 'Admission in progress', be patient; the status will change in a few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.

Case 3: 'Not Admitted'. If in such a case, do not give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

On ABU Portal:

1. Visit ABU Admission Portal or https://portal.abu.edu.ng/forms.

2. Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided.

3. Click Search to check your name.

▪ If admitted, your details and a congratulatory message will appear.
▪ If not yet admitted, you will see You Have Not Been Offered Admission.
