Applications are open for suitably qualified candidates for admission into the undergraduate programmes of Tansian University for the 2025/2026 academic session. Direct Entry (DE) candidates are also invited to apply.

About Tansian University

Tansian University is a private institution located in Anambra State, Nigeria, with two campuses: Umunya and Oba. It was licensed by the Federal Government on May 17th, 2007, under the supervision of the National Universities Commission (NUC). The university focuses on a holistic educational approach.

Admission Requirements

▪ UTME Candidates: Must possess the academic qualifications specified by JAMB for their chosen course and have achieved at least the approved minimum pass mark. Candidates who did not initially choose Tansian University are also eligible to apply.

▪ Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: Eligible for two/three-year degree programmes, particularly for NCE holders in the Faculty of Education.

▪ O'Level Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects at SSCE/GCE (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB) in not more than two sittings.

Application Procedure and Fee

▪ Application Fee: The non-refundable application fee is ₦10,000.

▪ Online Application: Forms can be obtained from the university website.

▪ Walk-In Application: Forms are also available at the Admissions' Office on both the Umunya and Oba campuses and at designated centers in Enugu and Uga.

▪ Payment: Payments can be made into the Tansian University Management Bank Account No. 1012227706 at any branch of Keystone Bank Plc.
