KSUSTA Post UTME Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 


This article contains all the necessary information for candidates applying for the Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero (KSUSTA) Post UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have chosen KSUSTA as their first choice institution and meet the following requirements:

▪️ UTME Candidates: Must have scored a minimum of 150 points in the 2025 UTME.

▪️ Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: Must have a Credit/Merit pass in HND, ND, NCE, IJMB, or its equivalent in a relevant area from a recognized tertiary institution. This specifically includes a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma or 7 points at NCE/IJMB.

Application Process and Key Dates

The online registration for the Post UTME/DE screening will run from Monday, 14th August to Thursday, 11th September, 2025.

The application fee is a non-refundable amount of ₦2,000.

To register, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official KSUSTA Registration Portal.

  2. Click on “APPLY HERE” to choose your course.

  3. Click “Apply Now” and either “Login with Google” or “Sign up” to create an account.

  4. Enter the activation code sent to your email to confirm your account.

  5. Pay the ₦2,000 application fee.

  6. Fill out the application form, click “Preview and Submit,” and then print the Online Screening Form.

Required Documents for Physical Screening

All candidates who are eligible for the screening must bring the following original and photocopied documents to the screening venue:

▪️ Credentials (O'level results, etc.)

▪️ UTME result slip / DE JAMB slip

▪️ Evidence of payment for the Post UTME/DE screening

▪️ Acknowledgement Slip

▪️ A copy of the Online Screening Form

Important Notes

▪️ All applicants must upload their O'level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) to the JAMB portal via the CAPS e-facility.

▪️ Candidates who receive an offer of admission must accept it on their JAMB Profile (CAPS e-facility).
