 Federal Polytechnic Oko, OKO Poly Post UTME Screening Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out. Cut-off mark is 100. 

Federal Polytechnic Oko has announced the commencement of sales of its Post-UTME Screening Form for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

ELIGIBILITY

▪ Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings.

▪ Candidates must have scored 100 and above in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

METHOD OF APPLICATION

▪ Visit the Federal Polytechnic Oko website: federalpolyoko.edu.ng

▪ Hover on Admission and click Online Application Forms

▪ Under Application Type, select National Diploma – Regular

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click Sign In

▪ On the Generate Payment Invoice page, fill in your details correctly and click Submit

▪ Select your preferred payment method

▪ Pay ₦2,000 only using the generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) at any bank or via ATM Card

▪ Return to the Polytechnic website to complete and submit the online application form

▪ Review all information carefully before submission

▪ Print your Acknowledgement Slip

▪ Submit photocopies of your credentials to the Admissions Office, Federal Polytechnic Oko for verification

▪ Await further communication from the Polytechnic
