Sa'adu Zungur University (BASUG) Merit Admission List 2025/2026 Out

The Bauchi State University Gadau (now Sa'adu Zungur University) has released its Merit Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who applied for admission are advised to check their status.

How to Check BASUG Admission List

On the School's Portal

▪ Shortlisted candidates can use the link provided below to check their names on the list.

On the JAMB Portal (When Available)

While the list is not yet on the JAMB Portal, the general procedure to check it when it becomes available is:

1. Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.

2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.

3. Scroll down, locate, and click the 'Check Admission Status' tab.

4. Click on 'Admission Status' or 'Access my CAPS'.

5. Select the three-dotted line at the top right corner of your browser (⋮) and tick 'Desktop site'.

6. Then click on 'admission status'. You will see "admission in progress check back later," "NOT ADMITTED," or "CONGRATULATIONS."

Requirements for Physical Screening

All shortlisted candidates must bring the following original and photocopied credentials for physical screening:

▪ All credentials (academic certificates).

▪ Computer printout of SSCE Result.

▪ JAMB Result.

▪ Online Screening Form.

▪ A Recent Passport Photograph.

▪ Scratch Card for verification of O’ Level result.

Important Notes for Screening:

▪ Candidates must ensure their O’ Level results are uploaded on the JAMB Portal at any JAMB accredited Centre before coming for screening.

▪ Two to three days after successful screening, candidates should check the JAMB Portal to accept and print their JAMB Admission Letters.

▪ Only candidates who accept their admission on JAMB CAPS will be processed for Sa’adu Zungur University admission on the school portal.

▪ Candidates must change to the course for which they are shortlisted before they can be screened.
