The Management of Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has brought to public attention a misleading post circulating on Facebook. This post contains false information regarding the University’s admission process, screening method, and purported mentorship services. UNIOSUN categorically states that this information did not originate from the University and should be completely disregarded.

Important Points to Note:

▪️ UNIOSUN conducts a formal Post-UTME screening exercise annually. Screening scores are officially released by the University.

▪️ The University officially announces the screening cut-off mark for each academic session, guiding candidates on eligibility for admission. This cut-off is published publicly every year.

▪️ Screening scores and officially released cut-off marks for any given year are strictly applicable to that year’s admission cycle and cannot be transferred or used for subsequent years.

▪️ The University has not yet commenced the 2025/2026 admission process.

▪️ Once admission activities for the 2025/2026 academic session begin, they will be duly published on the University’s official website: www.uniosun.edu.ng and its verified social media platforms.

▪️ UNIOSUN does not operate or endorse any WhatsApp platform, agent, organization, tutorial centre, or training institute for admission purposes. Any individual or group claiming such affiliation is acting without the knowledge or approval of the University.
