UITH Post UTME Form Is Out 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

 

This is an invitation for applicants seeking admission into the College of Nursing Sciences – OND/HND [4 Years Non-Terminal] Nursing programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

The prospective candidate should possess the following qualifications and features:

▪️ Candidates must have written the 2025 JAMB with the subject combination of: English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

▪️ Candidates should have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2025 JAMB.

▪️ Candidates who did not choose College of Nursing Sciences, UITH as their first choice are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited centre to effect the change of institution to College of Nursing Sciences, UITH, Ilorin as their first choice.

▪️ A minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings.

▪️ NABTEB is accepted but cannot be combined with any other O’level certificate.

▪️ Candidates must not be less than 16 years of age as at the time of application.

▪️ Candidates must not have a criminal record.

▪️ Candidates must not have deformity of the hands.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UPLOAD AND SCREENING

Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under-listed documents on the portal during registration to purchase the application form. You must also bring hard copies to the screening centre.

▪️ JAMB result slip.

▪️ JAMB change of institution slip (if applicable).

▪️ Original O’Level certificate(s).

▪️ Birth certificate [National Population Commission].

▪️ Printout of the application form.

▪️ Passport photograph.

▪️ Printout of the Remita receipt.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applicants are to proceed to the UITH website @ www.uithilorin.org.ng to fill the application form and make payment of N10,000 through the Remita platform only into the UITH General Purpose Account.

To make the payment, kindly follow these steps:

▪️ Go to remita.net.

▪️ Click on "Pay FGN and State TSA".

▪️ Select and click "FGN Federal Government of Nigeria".

▪️ Type "University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital" under "whom do you want to pay".

▪️ Select "UITH GENERAL PURPOSE" under "Name of Service/Purpose".

▪️ Fill in all other required information and make your payment.

After making the payment, applicants can proceed to complete the application process. All payment receipts must be submitted to the Bursary Unit for verification of payment.

Please note that cash payment or transfers to individual accounts are not allowed.

GENERAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

▪️ Application forms are to be filled from the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital website (www.uithilorin.org.ng).

▪️ Pay a Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) non-refundable fee into the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Account with the CBN through the CBN e-payment gateway REMITA.

▪️ All data and scanned uploads (e.g., Certificates, Referees, Remita receipt, etc.) on the form fields MUST be supplied correctly as required for your form to be processed.

▪️ Payment MUST be made first before proceeding to the form page.

▪️ After payment is made through the Remita Platform, you can proceed with your registration by filling the online SON FORM with the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number generated with the payment made.

▪️ Click "APPLY NOW" (this will redirect you to an interface where you will be asked to enter a VALID personal E-mail address).

▪️ A confirmation link will be sent to the E-mail you provided during the E-mail registration.

▪️ Log in to your E-mail account by opening a new Tab in the same browser already opened.

▪️ Click on the link sent to your E-mail by noreply@uithilorin.

▪️ The SPBN application form will be made available for you to fill and submit.

▪️ Select the school in the drop-down menu you wish to apply for.

▪️ Note: On the sponsor details form fields, you are expected to get the scanned signature of the sponsor in JPEG, PNG, or JPG format for upload.

▪️ Note: Each candidate is required to upload THREE TYPED AND SCANNED REFEREE LETTERS, WITH THE REFEREES LETTER HEADED PAPER in JPEG, PNG, or JPG format.

▪️ Fill every other field on the form as required.

▪️ After submission, wait for 2 seconds as you will be directed to print or download the filled form.

▪️ NOTE: If you do not see your printout, it means your form was not successfully submitted, so you have to refill the form.

▪️ NOTE: Please don't bring the printout to UITH.

SELECTION/INTERVIEW DATE

▪️ The Entrance Examination/Interview will hold on August 20 and 21, 2025.

▪️ Venue: ICT Centre, Schools’ Complex.

▪️ Resumption Date: October 6, 2025.

N.B: Above dates are subject to changes by the management.

Candidates are to dress corporately for the Screening/Interview.
