UAES Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 The University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (UAES), Umuagwo, Imo State, has commenced its Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME)/Direct Entry Screening registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility Criteria

▪️ Candidates must have scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME.

▪️ Candidates who made UAES their first choice institution are qualified to apply.

▪️ Prospective candidates who did not choose UAES as their first choice institution but wish to study there are also eligible, but they MUST effect a Change of Institution/Course to UAES on the JAMB Portal. This applies to Direct Entry (DE) candidates as well.

▪️ Candidates should be guided by the UTME and O'level subject requirements as available on the University website.

▪️ Note that after the cut-off date for admission, the JAMB CAPS portal for change of university/programme will no longer be available for UAES.

▪️ For Direct Entry candidates, all O'level and Direct Entry results must be uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before Friday, August 10, 2025. Applications without O'level/A'level result uploads on JAMB CAPS will not be processed.

Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure

▪️ Eligible candidates are to pay a Post-UTME fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only.

Steps to Register

1. Visit the University website: https://portal.uaes.edu.ng/students/newapplicant.

2. Click on 2025/2026 UTME Admission Screening OR 2025/2026 Direct Entry Admission Screening.

3. Enter your "JAMB Registration Number".

4. Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.

5. Proceed to any bank for your payment with your Remita number.

6. Return to the Application page and enter your "JAMB Registration Number" again.

7. Proceed with the completion of the form.

8. Submit your application.

9. Print out your acknowledgement slip.

Important Information

▪️ Candidates are advised to use easily accessible GSM numbers for faster communication.

▪️ Any discovery of false information during the screening and admission exercise will lead to automatic disqualification.

▪️ The screening mode for the 2025/2026 academic session Post-UTME will be through the internal screening of candidates’ results. There will not be a physical Post-UTME examination.
