TASUED Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

The Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) has released its admission screening form for UTME and Direct Entry candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Who Can Apply?

▪️ UTME Candidates (100 Level Admission)

▪️ Must have chosen TASUED as their First Choice during the 2025 JAMB registration.

▪️ Must have scored 160 or above in their UTME.

▪️ Must be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2025.

▪️ Pre-Degree Students (PDS)

▪️ Must have completed the Pre-Degree Programme at TASUED.

▪️ Must have chosen TASUED as their First Choice in their 2025 UTME.

▪️ Must have scored at least 160 in their UTME.

▪️ Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

▪️ Must have a valid Direct Entry Form from JAMB.

▪️ Must have chosen TASUED as their First Choice.

▪️ Must have completed JUPEB, NCE, OND, or TASUED Diploma.

▪️ Important: Direct Entry students must submit their Online Admission Screening Report and a copy of their result slip or certificate (e.g., NCE, OND, JUPEB) to the TASUED Admission Office in Ijagun Campus after online application.

How to Apply for TASUED Post UTME / Direct Entry Screening

Follow these steps to apply online:

1. Visit TASUED Website: Go to the official application portal at the provided website.

2. Start Your Application:

   ▪️ Click on "Apply Now".

   ▪️ Select "Undergraduate" to choose your Application Batch.

   ▪️ Create a new account.

   ▪️ Validate your email (a message will be sent to your inbox).

3. Make Payment:

   ▪️ Pay the application fee online (the amount will be displayed on the portal).

   ▪️ Use ATM card or bank transfer method provided.

4. Fill Out the Application Form:

   ▪️ Provide your personal details (name, address, phone number, etc.).

   ▪️ Enter your JAMB registration number.

   ▪️ Upload your passport photograph.

   ▪️ Enter your O’Level results (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB).

   ▪️ Use the Online Result Verification System (ORVS) to fetch your result automatically.

After completing the application form:

▪️ Click on "Screening Slip" under the "Education Services" menu.

▪️ Check if you meet the requirements for your chosen course.

▪️ If you qualify, you will be able to print your Screening Slip.

What If You Are Not Qualified?

If your O’Level subjects do not match the course you chose, you will be advised to Change Course. This must be done on the JAMB CAPS platform before you can be considered for admission.

How TASUED Will Grade Applicants

The Online Screening System does not require you to come to campus. Your screening will be done using a point-based system that combines:

▪️ Your UTME score

▪️ Your O’Level grades (in the best 5 subjects that relate to your course)

Ensure the subjects in your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results match the requirements for your chosen course, which can be checked on the 2025 JAMB brochure.

Important Dates

▪️ Application Starts: Monday, July 21, 2025

▪️ Application Closes: Friday, August 8, 2025 (by midnight)

You must complete your payment and registration before the deadline.

Documents You May Need to Upload

While applying, you may be asked to upload or present these documents:

▪️ JAMB UTME/DE Registration Slip

▪️ O’Level Result (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) — or combination of two sittings

▪️ Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

▪️ Local Government/State of Origin Certificate

▪️ Passport Photograph (Recent, clear photo)

Some Things to Note Before Applying

▪️ Use your correct details: Names must match what is on your JAMB and WAEC/NECO results.

▪️ One application per person: Do not apply multiple times. If you make a mistake, contact the school.

▪️ Check your course requirements: Not all courses accept the same subjects. Look them up before you apply.

▪️ Use a working email and phone number: This is how the school will contact you.

▪️ Direct Entry applicants must take their documents physically to TASUED admission office after applying online.
