Emmanuel Alayande COE Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

This is to notify prospective candidates that Emmanuel Alayande University of Education’s admission portal will be opened for Post-UTME/ Direct Entry Registration from Tuesday, July 29, 2025 to Saturday, August 30, 2025. Only candidates who scored 160 or above in the 2025 UTME are eligible to register for the Post-UTME Screening.

Candidates should also note that there may be no extension of the registration period as applications commence from Tuesday, July 29, to Saturday, August 30, 2025.

1. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES

Candidates are required to log-in to the university application portal and navigate to the Admission Portal (using their JAMB registration number (e. g. 20241223456EG) as their user name and their surname as their initial password e. g. OLAYEMI, OYENIKE ADEBOLA.

A portal access fee of N2,000.00 and screening fee of N2,000.00 should be paid through the admission portal.

Payment Options:

▪︎ Card – credit/debit card payment using ATM card

▪︎ Bank Transfer – direct bank account debit whereby you use your internet banking tools to make payment

Candidates are expected to print the payment success receipt.

2. DATE OF POST UTME SCREENING

The Post-UTME Screening shall take place from Monday, September 1, 2025 to Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Candidates are therefore strongly advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers.

The university will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION

▪︎ Candidates, who will not be sixteen (16) years by September 30, 2025, shall not be cleared for admission.

▪︎ Candidates seeking admission to the programmes of the University must possess five (5) credits at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects.

OR

▪︎ Candidates presenting two O/level results must have at least six (6) credits in relevant subjects. Kindly note that Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo does not accept NABTEB but only WAEC, NECO as well as Cambridge Advance Level, NCE, OND, HND and Degree certificates from recognized institutions for Direct Entry admission.

▪︎ Candidates are advised to check the list of matriculating subjects accepted in the University.

▪︎ Candidates can also view the UTME combination and O/level requirements for their courses of choice.

▪︎ In addition, Direct Entry candidates are to upload their credentials. Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines stipulated above for successful completion of the online submissions.
