The management of Ekiti State Polytechnic (EKSPOLY), Isan-Ekiti, formerly known as Ekiti State College of Agriculture and Technology (EKSCAT), invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The Polytechnic has been fully approved by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to commence academic programmes with effect from the 2025/2026 session.

Ekiti State Poly Post UTME Eligibility

▪ Candidates must have obtained a minimum cut-off mark of 100 in the 2025 UTME.

▪ The minimum entry requirement into the National Diploma (ND) programmes is five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings in any of the following examinations:
▪ WAEC
▪ GCE
▪ NECO
▪ NABTEB (NTC)

▪ Credits must include English Language, Mathematics, and three (3) other relevant subjects.

▪ Candidates using two sittings must combine their results correctly using any of these combinations:
▪ NABTEB + NABTEB
▪ WAEC + WAEC
▪ NECO + WAEC
▪ NECO + NECO

National Diploma Admission Requirements

1. Computer Science

O'Level Subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics and two others from Chemistry, Data Processing, Computer Science, ICT, Economics, Commerce, Geography, Biology, Further Mathematics, Agricultural Science (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, and one of Economics, Commerce, Geography, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Data Processing, Computer Science.

2. Accountancy

O'Level Subjects: English Language, Mathematics plus any two from: Principle of Account, Economics, Commerce, Business Method, Geography, Government, Biology, Literature in English, History, Statistics, Agric Science (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics, and two from Principle of Account, Economics, Commerce, Geography, Government.

3. Agricultural Technology

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Chemistry/Agricultural Tech/Biology and one from Physics, Geography, Economics, Food & Nutrition, Technical Drawing, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Civil Education (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology and one from Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Economics.

4. Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry plus one from: Technical Drawing, Further Math, Economics, Geography, Biology, Electrical Installations, Basic Electronics, etc. (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.

5. Science Laboratory Technology

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and one from Biology, Geography, Technical Drawing, etc. (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry.

6. Public Administration

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Government, Economics/Commerce and two others from History, POA, Biology (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Government/History, and two of Mathematics, Economics/Commerce, POA, Geography, Civic Education.

7. Computer Engineering

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, plus one from Technical/Computer/Science-related subjects (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.

8. Business Administration

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, two from Business Method, Geography, History, POA, Literature etc. (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Economics, and two of Mathematics, Commerce, Government, History, POA, Geography, Marketing.

9. Food Science and Technology

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics.

10. Library and Information Science

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics and three relevant subjects (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, and three from History, Government, Economics, Literature, Biology, Health Science, Geography, Mathematics.

11. Cooperative Economics

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics and three from Economics, Commerce, Government, POA, Geography, etc. (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Economics and two of Mathematics, POA, Commerce, Geography, Agricultural Science.

12. Statistics

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics and three from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agric Science, Geography, Economics (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Mathematics and two of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric/Economics.

13. Hospitality Management Technology

O'Level Subjects: English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and two from Geography, Economics, Food & Nutrition, Home Economics, Tourism, POA, Chemistry, etc. (max. 2 sittings).

UTME Subjects: English, Biology/Health Science, and two of Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Business Studies, Chemistry, Physics.

How to Apply for Ekiti State Poly Post UTME Form

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTION

▪ All candidates must upload their ‘O’ Level and/or ‘A’ Level results (where applicable) on the JAMB CAPS.
▪ Candidates who are awaiting results should indicate by using “AR”.
▪ If a change of course is required, it must be done on both the EKSPOLY and JAMB portals for it to be valid.
▪ Ensure you have a personal, valid email address and phone number before starting registration.
▪ Proceed to pay a registration fee of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only).

NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

▪ Log in to the registration portal via
https://www.ekspoly.com.ng/admission/?section=preregistration

▪ Complete all required details accurately on the displayed page.
▪ Note the email address used for registration. A unique registration code (RegCode) will be generated — keep it safe, as it will be needed to continue your registration process.

▪ Wait for your registration to be approved by the Polytechnic.

After Approval:

▪ Visit the EKSPOLY Portal: https://www.ekspoly.com.ng/portals/
▪ Select Student Portal.
▪ Log in using the following details:
▪ Username: Your email address or phone number
▪ Password: Your RegCode

▪ Upon successful login, navigate to Bills & Payment.
▪ If your registration has been approved, an invoice for Acceptance Fee will appear. Click on Bills & Payments.
▪ Select Pay Now to proceed to payment.
▪ Choose your preferred payment option and follow the on-screen instructions.

After Successful Payment:

▪ Return to the EKSPOLY Portal: https://www.ekspoly.com.ng/portals/
▪ Select Student Portal again.
▪ Log in with:
▪ Username: Your email address or phone number
▪ Password: RegCode

▪ Complete all required personal and academic information carefully.
▪ Review all entries to ensure accuracy, then click Submit to finalize your registration.
